  • Patent number: 8468856
Abstract: A tubular knitted fabric for clothing has a first stitch and a second stitch smaller than the first stitch. The pattern of the tubular knitted fabric for clothing is obtained by selectively disposing the second stitch in units of one stitch. Selectively driving a sinker of a circular knitting machine controls stitch densities, thereby producing the first stitch and the second stitch smaller than the first stitch. A legwear is formed of this tubular knitted fabric for clothing.

  • Patent number: 7999200
Abstract: A safety switch is described in which a switching contact in a lock mechanism switches between an open and closed condition. Switching is coupled to a lock member moveable between a locked position, locking a drive cam, and an unlocked position, allowing the cam to rotate. A link member, cooperating with the lock member, switches between open and closed conditions of normally-open and normally-closed switching contacts, indicating movement of the lock member between the locked position and the unlocked position. By monitoring the open and closed conditions of the normally-open and normally-closed switching contacts, it is possible to determine the state of the lock member, i.e., whether it is in the locked position or in the unlocked position. It therefore can be determined whether the drive cam is in the locked or unlocked (i.e., free to rotate) state.

  • Patent number: 7667149
Abstract: A safety switch is provided which is increased in durability and which offers a high degree of freedom of mounting the safety switch to place. A switch body has a rectangular solid shape. An actuator entrance hole is formed at one of the opposite corner portions of the switch body whereas a cable lead-out port is formed at the other corner portion, whereby the safety switch is increased in the degree of mounting freedom. Thus is offered a wider choice of place to mount the safety switch. The switch body is formed with only one actuator entrance hole so that the safety switch is prevented from suffering failure caused by foreign substances invading through an actuator entrance hole left unused. In addition, a driving cam may be formed with an engaging portion and a cam curve portion in spaced relation so that the driving cam is configured to be free from an area having poor strength. Thus, the driving cam is increased in strength. This leads to the increased durability of the safety switch.

  • Publication number: 20100011818
Abstract: A safety switch is provided in which the open-close condition of a switching contact provided in a lock mechanism is reliably switched in a manner coupled with a motion of a lock member between a lock position and a unlock position. Since a link member, which directly and simultaneously switches the open-close conditions of normally-open and normally-closed switching contacts pursuant to the motion of a lock member, is provided, the open-close conditions of the normally-open and normally-close switching contacts can be switched reliably in a coupled manner with the motion of the lock member between the lock position and the unlock position. As a result, for example, by monitoring the open-close conditions of the normally-open and normally-close switching contacts, it is possible to determine to which of the lock position and the unlock position the lock member has moved, that is, which of the locked state and the unlocked state the rotation of the drive cam is in.

  • Patent number: 7633029
Abstract: A safety switch capable of detecting withdrawal of an actuator from a switch main unit in a sure and reliable manner even when the safely switch, including a lock mechanism, is in a locked condition and an attempt is made to forcibly withdraw the actuator from the switch main unit. Even when a drive cam becomes capable of rotation since not less than one of a notch cut-out section and a lock member is broken by forcibly extracting an actuator with rotation of the drive cam locked, a cam curve section of the drive cam and an operating rod are in a normal condition and free of breakage. Accordingly, if the drive cam rotates in a counter-clockwise direction, normally-closed contacts of a contact section adopt an open condition normally, and even in situations where the actuator is withdrawn from the switch main unit with a force equal to or greater than the fracture strength of the safety switch, withdrawal of the actuator from the switch main unit can be detected in a sure and reliable manner.

  • Patent number: 7186932
Abstract: When an operator applies a removing force to turn a switch portion b in a direction C2, a projection a4 abuts against a slope b71 so that the removing force as a reaction is applied to the slope. The removing force is divided into a component working along the slope b71 and a component F working in a same direction as a center axis X. Thus, the removing force is converted into a force F in the same direction as the center axis X. By means of the force F in the same direction as the center axis X, a pushbutton support b6 is moved downward as accordingly moving a movable contacts b9 away from a fixed contacts b12 via a contact shaft b5.

  • Patent number: 7019227
Abstract: In a case where a left-hand push-button switch is ON, a second relay RL2 is electrically de-energized to open a normally close contact RL2-1 of the second relay RL2 so that a relay contact circuit RC is opened. If, in this state, a right-hand push-button switch is shifted to a second OFF state, a normally close contact R3-1 of the right-hand push-button switch is opened. Thus, a third relay RL3 is not electrically de-energized and a first and a second circuits are in cutoff until both the right-hand and the left-hand push-button switches are returned to a first OFF state.
