  • Publication number: 20050284742
Abstract: When an operator applies a removing force to turn a switch portion b in a direction C2, a projection a4 abuts against a slope b71 so that the removing force as a reaction is applied to the slope. The removing force is divided into a component working along the slope b71 and a component F working in a same direction as a center axis X. Thus, the removing force is converted into a force F in the same direction as the center axis X. By means of the force F in the same direction as the center axis X, a pushbutton support b6 is moved downward as accordingly moving a movable contacts b9 away from a fixed contacts b12 via a contact axis b5.

  • Publication number: 20030184164
Abstract: In a case where a left-hand push-button switch is ON, a second relay RL2 is electrically de-energized to open a normally close contact RL2-1 of the second relay RL2 so that a relay contact circuit RC is opened. If, in this state, a right-hand push-button switch is shifted to a second OFF state, a normally close contact R3-1 of the right-hand push-button switch is opened. Thus, a third relay RL3 is not electrically de-energized and a first and a second circuits are in cutoff until both the right-hand and the left-hand push-button switches are returned to a first OFF state.

  • Patent number: 6627830
Abstract: A push-button switch and a teaching pendant employing the same are provided. The push-button switch ensures that a push button is capable of switching ON/OFF the switch if one of contacts thereof should fail during an operation of the switch. For achieving this object, a switch case 3 contains two c-contacts 9a, 9b each having a snap action configuration and switching mechanisms 11a, 11b for opening/closing the c-contacts 9a, 9b. When a push button 5 is depressed, the switching mechanisms 11a, 11b simultaneously open/close the c-contacts 9a, 9b for turning ON/OFF a push-button switch 1.

  • Patent number: 6288352
Abstract: A push-button switch provided with a hollow push button, a case supporting it, and a switching mechanism having a first contact disposed within the case and a second contact disposed opposite to the first contact, with one of its ends being inserted into a hole of the push button. Within a hole formed in an inserted section of the switching mechanism, a slide block is provided slidably in a direction crossing the direction in which the push button is pushed. A slope capable of engaging with a slope of the hole of the push button is formed on the slide block. A coil spring (return spring) for energizing a shaft of the switching mechanism so as to abut the push button is provided on the bottom of the case. This configuration enables the push button to take up a first OFF state, an ON state and a second OFF state in order of depression.

  • Patent number: 6195439
Abstract: A signal output is taken out from the input stage or respective output stages of the signal characteristic processing means through a signal line selected by selecting means. In accordance with the taken signal, the level control signal generating means sets the output level of the audio output signal. Then, the output level setting means sets the output level of the audio output signal in accordance with the level control signal outputted by the level control signal generating means. Therefore, the switching noise due to switch signal lines by selecting means is prevented from entering into an audio output signal during the processing of the output level of the audio input signal.

  • Patent number: 6037551
Abstract: A safety switch in which one piece of cam plate 1 (51) which rotates and moves the operating rod 6 (7) of the contact of the switch portion as the actuator 102 enters the operating portion 111 (511), and the lock plates 2, 3 (lock pieces 52, 53) are arranged on the side of the cam plate 1 (51) to form a lock mechanism for restricting the rotation of the cam plate 1 (51) so that the lock mechanism of the cam plate 1 (51) by lock plates 2, 3 (lock pieces 52, 53) is released and the cam plate 1 (51) is rotated only when the actuator 102 enters, thereby preventing the operating portion from being operated by any tool other than the special-purpose actuator. In one of the specific embodiments, the cam plate 1 is formed with recesses 1a, 1b and lock grooves 1c, 1d, and the lock plates 2, 3 are respectively formed with inclined surfaces 2a, 3a and engaging pawls 2c, 3c for fitting into the lock grooves 1c, 1d.

  • Patent number: 6028542
Abstract: A digital signal processing apparatus for matching the sampling frequency of an input digital signal to an internal sampling frequency. The digital signal processing apparatus has a sampling frequency converting unit for matching the sampling frequency of an input digital signal to an internal sampling frequency, a sampling frequency detection unit for detecting the sampling frequency of the input digital signa, a frequency difference calculating unit for finding the frequency difference between the inherent sampling frequency of the input digital signal and the sampling frequency detected by the sampling frequency detection unit and a pitch shifting unit for shifting the pitch of an output digital signal of the sampling frequency converting unit based upon said frequency difference. If the input digital signal has the sampling frequency slightly offset from the inherent sampling frequency, the signal of the inherent sampling frequency can be recovered, while the pitch can be restored to the inherent pitch.

  • Patent number: 5740091
Abstract: In addition to an output Y(n) of an adding device, a dither output of a dither generating circuit is supplied to an adding device. The output Y(n) of the adding device is added to a bit that is one bit lower than the LSB of the shortest word length of the hardware (namely, the place of LSB/2). The output of the adding device is supplied to a delay device. In other words, when the shorter word length is 32 bits corresponding to the word length of the RAM of the delay device, the dither is added to the bit 33. In the data Y(n) to which the dither has been added, the low order bits thereof are truncated corresponding to the word length of the delay device. The resultant data is supplied as next timing output data Y'(n-1) to the delay device and stored therein.

  • Patent number: 5396618
Abstract: A method of self-diagnosis in a digital signal processing system. The digital signal processing system comprises a digital signal processing apparatus which includes a plurality of electronic components for processing signals in a plurality of channels. An output of the digital signal processing apparatus is coupled to an input of the digital signal processing apparatus. A central processing unit causes one after another of the electronic components to generate a predetermined signal while the other electronic parts are in a condition for passing the predetermined signal therethrough. The CPU then checks whether or not the output of the digital signal processing apparatus is correct. When the output of the digital signal processing apparatus is not correct, the central processing unit outputs a unique reference number for the electronic component from which the predetermined signal was then generated. The reference number for the electronic component is visually indicated on a bar graph meter.
