    Abstract: A connector housing includes a plurality of terminal chambers into for respectively accommodating a terminal provided with an electric wire. A mat-shaped rubber plug is attached to a rear end portion of the connector housing. In the rubber plug, recessed portions are formed so as to remain cylindrical protrusions each having a through hole through which the electric wire is inserted. A rear holder is attached to the rear end portion of the connector housing to retain the rubber plug thereat. The rear holder includes projections each configured so as to compress the associated protrusion of the rubber plug in the diameter direction of the electric wire as being inserted into the associated recessed portion of the rubber plug. The rubber plug includes at least one protrusion block formed by integrating adjacent cylindrical protrusions.

    Abstract: A wiring unit 1 includes a plurality of crimping terminals 2; and a plurality of insulating plates for holding said crimping terminals. The insulating plate 2 has a terminal groove 5 concaved from the surface, an accommodating portion 6 and a through-hole 7. The accommodating portion 6 is formed in concave from one of a pair of partition walls 9a and 9b constituting the terminal accommodating groove 5. The through-hole 7 passes through the insulating plate 2 and communicates with the accommodating portion 6. The crimping terminal 3 is composed of the electric-wire connecting portion 13 on which the electric wire is crimped and an electric-wire connecting portion 14. The insulating plates 2 are stacked while holding the crimping terminals 3. The electric contact portions 14 of the crimping terminals 3 held in the adjacent lower and upper insulating plates 2 are not superposed.

The wiring unit includes a plurality of flat circuit bodies each composed of an insulating plate 21 and a plurality of bus bars 22 extended in parallel, and a short-circuiting member 23 composed of a pair of pin segments 24 and a coupling segment 25 for coupling them. The short-circuiting member 23 is formed in a -shape. The pin segments 24 are stuck into the bus bars so that the bus bars 22 are electrically connected to each other. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be manufactured at low cost and can be downsized.

    Abstract: A wiring unit 1 is provided with a plurality of printed circuit boards 2 which are successively stacked and pin units 3. The printed circuit boards 2 each has a conductor pattern 7 formed on the surface 6a of an insulating plate 6. The conductor pattern 7 is composed of a first plurality of belt-like conductors 11 and a second plurality of belt-like conductors 12. Through-holes 13 are formed at points 14 where the belt-like conductors 11 and 12 cross each other. The pin units 21 each is composed of a conductive pin 20 and a C-bush 21. The C-bush 21 is provided with a pair of spring segment segments 24. The C-bush 21 is press-fit into the through-hole 13 to sandwich the printed circuit board 2 between the pair of spring segments 24. The C-bush 21 is communicated with the conductor pattern 7. The pin 20 is inserted into the through-hole 13 into which the C-bush 21 is press-fit. The conductive pin 20 is communicated with the C-bush 21.

    Abstract: Flexible retainers each for retaining a terminal, received in a chamber, are formed at an inner housing. A provisional retaining member and a complete retaining member, which are engagement with an engagement portion of an outer housing to hold the two housings in a provisionally-fitted condition and a completely-fitted condition, are formed at the inner housing. In the provisionally-fitted condition, each terminal, which is inserted into a tubular insertion path of the outer housing, and is received in the chamber, is retained by the flexible retainer, and a front portion of the inner housing forwardly projects a predetermined distance from the front side of the outer housing. When the connector is shifted from the provisionally-fitted condition to the completely-fitted condition, a visual confirmation member, provided at a rear portion of the terminal, is moved in the insertion path, and the movement of the visual confirmation member can be visually confirmed from the rear side of the outer housing.

    Abstract: An adapter has a cylindrical body which is screwed onto a battery post, and a flange portion formed on a top portion of the cylindrical body to be clamped by a screwing tool. A terminal body includes a substantially U-shaped adaptor fitting portion which accommodates the adapter therein, and a seat portion on which an electric wire terminal is fixed. A lever includes a cam portion and is supported on the terminal body so as to be pivotable between a first position and a second position. A space in which the flange portion is capable of passing through is secured inside of the adaptor fitting portion when the lever is in the first position. The cam portion is abutted against an outer periphery of the cylindrical body of the adaptor so that the adaptor is retained between the cam portion and an inner face of the adaptor fitting portion, when the lever is in the second position. The flange portion of the adaptor is engaged with a top end face of the adapter fitting portion of the terminal body.
