  • Publication number: 20070250632
Abstract: A controlled device executes processing for device authentication and processing for device registration, receives a response of registration completion from a direct-access management server, and sets an automatic connection flag indicating the registration is completed. When the automatic connection flag is not set, the controlled device establishes an always-on connection session with the direct-access management server after executing the processing for the device authentication and the processing for the device registration. When the automatic connection flag is set, the controlled device skips the processing for the device authentication and the processing for the device registration to enter processing for establishing an always-on connection session.

  • Publication number: 20060219035
Abstract: A vehicular transmission has a structure which enables a reverse idle gear to absorb and reduce excessive back torque inputted from drive wheels. At the time of reverse traveling motion, a counter shaft and a reverse gear are connected to each other through the intermediation of a clutch mechanism, whereby the power of the counter shaft is transmitted from the reverse gear, a driven gear, a hollow shaft, and a drive gear to the drive shaft by way of a final gear. When a large back torque is inputted to the final gear from the drive shaft, the inputted back torque is transmitted to the drive gear, and is then further transmitted to the driven gear by way of the hollow shaft. Since the hollow shaft is thin-walled and has reduced rigidity, it undergoes circumferential twisting due to the back torque inputted, whereby the back torque is reduced.

  • Patent number: 7035272
Abstract: Data is transferred between a plurality of networks which are not synchronized in clock with each other, without creating either an overflow or an underflow. Data output from a first DVCR is transferred to a second DVCR via a first IEEE-1394 serial bus, a first ATM/IEEE-1394 data transfer apparatus, a first UNI, a first ATM network, an NNI 101, a second ATM network, a second UNI, a second ATM/IEEE-1394 data transfer apparatus, and a second IEEE-1394 serial bus. The second ATM/IEEE-1394 data transfer apparatus stores data in a buffer for each flow and deletes or inserts an empty packet depending upon the amount of data stored in the buffer so as to prevent an overflow and an underflow. A deviation of a time stamp caused by the insertion or the deletion of the empty packet is gradually corrected.

  • Patent number: 6971269
Abstract: In a sensor device having a pressure detecting element and a temperature detecting element, a port portion has an opening portion from which a pressure medium is introduced to a pressure introduction passage of the port portion, and a lead wire connected to the temperature detecting element is disposed in the port portion to be fixed by a fixing portion at a tip end portion of the port portion. Furthermore, the temperature detecting element is disposed such that the pressure medium introduced from the opening portion passes the temperature detecting element and is conducted to the pressure detecting element through the pressure introduction passage. Because the temperature detecting element is disposed in the pressure introduction passage, a diameter of the port portion can be made small.
