The printer registers the identifier to identify the source of the request in a connection refusal list when a decision made is to refuse occupancy, and afterwards when the occupancy is released and an occupancy request is received, the printer permits occupancy if the occupancy request is accompanied by a registered identifier and refuses occupancy if the request is without the identifier.
