Patent number: 7516734Abstract: A bush incorporated in a common rail is formed with a smallest diameter orifice having a small inner diameter and an adjacent orifice having an inner diameter larger than that of the smallest diameter orifice on an inner peripheral face of the bush. A press-fitted portion, which is press-fitted into an inside-outside communication hole, and a non-press-fitted portion, which has a smaller outer diameter than the press-fitted portion, are formed on an outer peripheral face of the bush. The smallest diameter orifice and the press-fitted portion are deviated from each other in an axial direction of the bush to prevent an overlap in a radial direction of the bush. Thus, even if the bush is tightly press-fitted into the inside-outside communication hole, decrease of the inner diameter of the smallest diameter orifice can be averted.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2006Date of Patent: April 14, 2009Assignee: Denso CorporationInventors: Takashi Tominaga, Tadashi Nishiwaki

Publication number: 20080235356Abstract: In response to a request, one of primary content data as a copyrighted work and incidental content data is received from a server. With a music editing and sharing application, the content data is used in a secondary usage fashion for editing in order to produce new incidental content data. The incidental content data is not the one that is produced by arranging directly the primary content data as an editing material but play control information for giving an instruction defining a play mode. The incidental content data is uploaded to an incidental content server.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 20, 2008Publication date: September 25, 2008Applicant: Sony CorporationInventors: Toshimasa Miyoshi, Hideo Nagasaka, Takashi Tominaga, Tadaaki Kimijima, Shigeru Inoue, Soichiro Atsumi, Mamoru Tokashiki

Patent number: 5556724Abstract: A phase shift photomask is produced in the following manner. Before or after a light-shielding pattern is formed on a substrate, a transparent film serving as a phase shifter is coated onto the substrate, and the transparent film in a photomask-pattern-forming area exluding the peripheral area of the substrate is irradiated with energy rays. The irradiated portion of the transparent film is thus solidified. The unsolidified portion of the transparent film is removed by etching. A phase shifter pattern is thus formed on the substrate excluding the peripheral area of the substrate. Since the phase shifter pattern is not exposed at the peripheral area of the substrate, a dust which is usually made when the phase shifter pattern formed in this area cracks or peels off the substrate is not made. The number of defective photomasks to be produced can thus be reduced.Type: GrantFiled: November 9, 1993Date of Patent: September 17, 1996Assignee: Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.Inventors: Norihiro Tarumoto, Hiroyuki Inomata, Takashi Tominaga
