The holding member includes a distal-side connecting portion that is fixed to the functional component, a root-side connecting portion that is secured to the holder, and a deformable portion that is disposed between the distal-side connecting portion and the root-side connecting portion. The deformable portion is configured to be plastically deformed at airbag deployment while having the distal-side connecting portion keep holding the functional component and suppressing a centrifugal force of the functional component from acting on the hinge of the door of the airbag cover.
