  • Publication number: 20050155815
Abstract: A standing wave absorbing device for a vehicle, includes a sound tube provided at a predetermined position within a compartment or inside a door. The sound tube absorbs unwanted standing wave occurring within the compartment or inside the door.

  • Publication number: 20050041820
Abstract: First auxiliary speakers are mounted in the vehicle-passenger space with respect to main speakers providing for acoustic reproduction in the vehicle-passenger space. The first auxiliary speakers output sound in the same frequency band as that of sound outputted from the main speakers. Acoustic outputs of the first auxiliary speakers are set to make a sound pressure of the sound reaching a listener sit in the vehicle-passenger space from the first auxiliary speakers nearly equal to a sound pressure of the sound reaching the listener from the main speakers.

  • Publication number: 20050041829
Abstract: A magnet (300) is arranged substantially at the center of the bottom section (210) of a frame (200) and a diaphragm (500) provided with a coil bobbin (570) around which a voice coil (600) is wound is fitted to the frame (200) so as to close the opening (233) of the frame (200). Then, the diaphragm (500) is covered by a protective member (700). A fitting section (240) to be fitted to a receiving member (800) is extended from the outer peripheral surface of the bottom section (210) of the frame (200) substantially along a plane that includes the center of gravity G of the speaker and runs substantially in parallel with the plane of the opening of the frame (200), or a plane that includes the center of gravity G of the speaker and runs substantially perpendicularly to the direction of vibrations of the diaphragm (500) so as to appear like a sword guard.
