    Abstract: Operation of self-propelled mining equipment in the field can be accurately recognized at a remote position of the equipment. A management center for controlling a dump truck receives signal from sensors in order to show detection data for the working status of the operation instruments and warning indication data based upon the detection data. The warning indication data and the detection data for the working status of the operation instruments are displayed on the same display. Alternatively, in place of the detection data for working status of the operation instruments, related information from a data base concerning the record of maintenance previously conducted may be displayed, or a graph of the detection data for the working status of an operation instrument of another dump truck which is operating in the same working field may be displayed.

    Abstract: In industrial machine abnormality diagnosis, if the machine is diagnosed to have abnormality, then sensor data from the machine needs to be sent to a management center for causal analysis. However, since machines operated at a remote site cannot always communicate with a management center, it has been found that, in some cases, sensor data that has failed to be sent from a machine remains in the memory of the machine, resulting in lack of available memory capacity. In view of this, the present invention determines beforehand whether the diagnosed machine will run out of available memory capacity before the completion of sending the amount of sensor data required for causal analysis for the machine, and instructs a maintenance person to recover memory.

Further, a first distance from an end surface of a power region corresponding part corresponding to the power region to the substrate is shorter than a second distance from an end surface of a control region corresponding part corresponding to a control region of the substrate to the substrate. Therefore, a closed circuit bridged by parasitic capacitances is formed mainly in an area of the power region and the power region corresponding part. A noise generated from the semiconductor modules is returned to noise sources through the closed circuit without affecting the control region.
