Publication number: 20070211729Abstract: A high level of security is realized by imposing limitations on an unauthorized communications device in establishing connection to a network, without involvement of an increase in the burden of network equipment such as a router or a communications device constituting a network. An address delivery section 103 in a router 101 delivers a link local address in answer to an address request from a communications device 111, and requests the communications device 111 to transmit authentication data. An equipment authentication section 102 in the router 101 authenticates the communications device 111 on the basis of the authentication data transmitted from the communications device 111, and reports an authentication result to the address delivery section 103. When the communications device 111 has been authenticated, the address delivery section 103 delivers a global address or a site local address to the communications device 111.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2006Publication date: September 13, 2007Applicant: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Harumine Yoshiba, Takeshi Chiba

Patent number: 5811501Abstract: The present invention provides a novel halogen-free solvent system which can produce a good isobutylene polymer and can be easily reused. A novel process for the production of an isobutylene polymer is provided which comprises using a hydrocarbon solvent having a boiling point of not lower than 105.degree. C. and a melting point of not higher than -90.degree. C. Heretofore, a solvent system containing a halogenated hydrocarbon such as methylene chloride has been used for the production of an isobutylene polymer. However, such a solvent system has a great adverse effect on the environment. Therefore, a non-halogenated solvent is desirable. The present invention is characterized by the use of a hydrocarbon solvent as a reaction solvent. The resulting polymer has good properties. Further, compounds which are produced as by-products during the reaction can be easily removed, enabling the recycling of the solvent used. Thus, the production cost can be reduced.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 1996Date of Patent: September 22, 1998Assignee: Kanegafuchi Kagaku Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Chiba, Hiroshi Fujisawa, Yoshimichi Yamanaka, Yoshikuni Deguchi, Kazuya Yonezawa

Patent number: 5727121Abstract: Input sound information is converted to digital sound data, and characteristic parameter values are extracted from the digital sound data. Based on the characteristic parameter values, a judging unit produces a judgement result indicating whether the current section is a significant or insignificant section and its continuation length. If the continuation length is shorter than the predetermined length, a correcting unit reverses the judgment of whether the current section is a significant or insignificant section and sums up the continuation length of the current section and continuation lengths of the adjacent sections, to thereby produce a single section data.Type: GrantFiled: February 2, 1995Date of Patent: March 10, 1998Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takeshi Chiba, Koh Kamizawa
