  • Publication number: 20010054018
Abstract: image data of various kinds of components and component text data required for mounting of components, e.g., shapes, dimensions, packing forms, colors, and the like of the components, are stored in a storage medium in a manner to be read out as part of a component electronic catalog. The storage medium is used to make a search for components on a screen and automatically read out necessary component text data. The component electronic catalog can be used not only to search for components on a screen, similar to a conventional component electronic catalog, but to automatically read out component text data so as to automatically form mounting data for components to be mounted which are selected through the screen search.

  • Publication number: 20010027877
Abstract: Processing is started (S1), and control of mounting processes is successively executed by mounting program instructions of a storage section (S2). An electronic component is positioned with respect to a mounting head, taken out, and held (S3). The BGA component is positioned through positional detection of a reference mark and inspection, and the correcting is executed by checking the holding posture. Through the inspection using the reference mark as a reference position, the dropout, dislocation, shortage of solder amount of the solder bumps of the component are subjected to quality check (S4). The normal component is moved closer to the mounting position of the printed board on a mounting table by a mounting head (S5). A recognition mark in the target mounting position of the printed board is confirmed and recognized (S6).

  • Patent number: 6289582
Abstract: Components are arrayed on a component feeder (4) along a direction in which the component feeder moves, in correspondence to respective mounting sequences of the components to be mounted on their respective component mounting positions in a printed board (1). The components arrayed in the array order are successively moved along the mounting sequence by successively moving the component feeder in the feeder moving direction. Thus, the components are mounted to the printed board successively by the component holder.

  • Patent number: 6119592
Abstract: A belt-like screen carrying a row of printing patterns is held between two roller screen holders. The printing patterns are advanced one by one to a printing position by the rotation of the roller screen holders. This allows the printing patterns to be changed from one to another. Frames are provided for locking and unlocking the printing patterns at the printing position. The completion of a run of printed circuit boards can be monitored to automatically change the printing patterns.

  • Patent number: 6002650
Abstract: A method for forming mounting data, includes reading component text data corresponding to to-be-mounted components of individual mounting positions stored in a component electronic catalog, according to mounting-position data including mounting angles relating to the mounting positions formed on the to-be-mounted components, by using the component electronic catalog that has stored image data concerning various types of components including the to-be-mounted components as well as component text data necessary for component mounting including configurations and dimensions of the components. The method also includes forming mounting data for a mounter to receive components and mount them to specified mounting positions according to the mounting-position data as well as the component text data read for the individual mounting components concerning the to-be-mounted components corresponding to the mounting-position data.

  • Patent number: 5252379
Abstract: An embossed process paper for transfer, adapted to be used for forming a dry type of synthetic leather, includes a backing paper (1), a mixed resin (2) of polypropylene with polyethylene laminated on the surface of the backing paper (1) and a homopolypropylene resin (3) laminated on the surface of the mixed resin (2). Both the resins are laminated together at a total resin coat thickness of 30 to 120 .mu.m, the thickness of the mixed resin (2) accounting for 50 to 20% of the total resin coat thickness and the thickness of the resin (3) accounting for 50 to 80% of the total resin coat thickness, both the resins having thereon a given embossed pattern having a depth of 20 to 150 .mu.m, and the backing paper (1) having a smooth back side.
