The driver assistance apparatus: acquires data on sensitivity of the driver to a change in a reproduction method; selects an audio source data item to be reproduced, from among audio source data items, depending on the sensitivity of the driver; determines the behavior stability, based on a change in a behavior of the vehicle; reproduces the audio source data item by a normal reproduction way when the behavior stability is higher than a predetermined criterion; and reproduces the audio source data item by another reproduction way different from the normal reproduction way when the behavior stability is lower than the predetermined criterion.
