  • Patent number: 10765301
Abstract: Provided are a surgical apparatus for an endoscope and an exterior tube that can supply a pneumoperitoneum gas into a body cavity without causing degradation of operability. An exterior tube is sheathed to an outer tube insertion part of an outer tube that is inserted into a body cavity through a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into the body cavity, and an outer peripheral surface of the exterior tube is provided with a locking part that restricts the forward and backward movement of the exterior tube with respect to the body wall and the rotation of the exterior tube around an axis. A gap between an inner peripheral surface of the exterior tube and an outer peripheral surface of the outer tube insertion part is used as an air supply passage for supplying the pneumoperitoneum gas within the body cavity.

  • Patent number: 10674893
Abstract: An overtube, which is punctured into a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity, includes an interlocking member that interlocks the forward and backward movements of the endoscope and the treatment tool with each other. The interlocking member is constituted of a first sleeve coupled to the endoscope, a second sleeve coupled to the treatment tool, and a coupling member having an elastic body, which couples the first sleeve and the second sleeve together. Accordingly, in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is small, the endoscope interlocks with the forward and backward movement of the treatment tool at a slow response, and in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is large, the endoscope interlock with the forward and backward movement of a treatment tool at a quick response.

  • Patent number: 10617339
Abstract: The invention provides an endoscope system for generating an oxygen saturation image that can be used for various medical applications, such as oxygen saturation monitoring during surgery. A clip 141 is attached to the surrounding tissue of a tumor CN from the luminal side. The tissue to which the clip 141 is attached becomes an ischemic part CL. An oxygen saturation image is generated from image information obtained by imaging the tissue on the abdominal cavity side. In the oxygen saturation image, the ischemic part CL is displayed as a low oxygen region. Accordingly, it becomes easy to find the location of the tumor CN even from the abdominal cavity side.

  • Patent number: 10568490
Abstract: Provided is a surgical apparatus for an endoscope with which an operator can change, as desired, the size of an image of a site to be observed that appears in an endoscopic image obtained by an endoscope or the size of the range of the site to be observed. An image processing unit (zooming means) of a processor device changes a zoom magnification factor of an endoscopic image from an endoscope through electronic zooming on the basis of the operation of a foot switch. In the non-sensing region of the slider, the activation and deactivation of the zooming operation by the foot switch are switched according to a relative position of a distal end of the endoscope with respect to a distal end of the treatment tool.

  • Patent number: 10542869
Abstract: Provided are an endoscopic surgical device and a guide device that can satisfy the function of interlocking two medical instruments with each other. An overtube, which is punctured into a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity, includes an interlocking member that interlocks the forward and backward movements of the endoscope and the treatment tool with each other. The interlocking member is constituted of a first sleeve coupled to the endoscope, a second sleeve coupled to the treatment tool, and a corded flexible coupling member that couples the first sleeve and the second sleeve together. Accordingly, when the coupling member is in a relaxed state, the endoscope and the treatment tool independently move forward and backward, and when the coupling member is in a tensioned state, the endoscope and the treatment tool move forward and backward in an interlocking manner.

  • Patent number: 10492665
Abstract: Provided is a surgical apparatus for an endoscope that can appropriately and easily perform mounting work of an endoscope onto an outer tube. An outer tube, which passes through a body wall, is inserted into a body cavity, and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into the body cavity, includes a slider that is an interlocking member that moves the endoscope and the treatment tool forward and backward in an interlocking manner. At the time of mounting of an endoscope in which an endoscope insertion part is coupled to a slider body of the slider, the endoscope insertion part is inserted to a position where a larger-diameter part provided in the endoscope insertion part abuts against a base end surface of an outer tube. Accordingly, the slider body can be coupled to a predetermined suitable position of the endoscope insertion part.

  • Patent number: 10485407
Abstract: A surgical device, an outer tube, an endoscope, and a treatment tool that have a compact configuration and achieve high durability are provided. The outer tube includes a slider in an outer tube body. When the endoscope and the treatment tool are inserted into the outer tube, and are held by an endoscope holding part and a treatment tool holding part each being provided in the slider, and are combined into a single unit. Consequently, when the treatment tool is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope is moved in the axial direction in interlock with the movement. Because the outer tube is configured such that the endoscope exit port has an inner diameter that is smaller than the inner diameter of the elastic member provided to hold the endoscope at the endoscope holding part, the strength of the endoscope can be secured while preventing interference with the treatment tool.

  • Patent number: 10456024
Abstract: A distal end of an endoscope insertion passage of an overtube is provided with a fluid supply and discharge port. When an observation window of the endoscope insertion part inserted through the endoscope insertion passage is cleaned, an operator can set a distal end surface at a predetermined positioning position using a positioning mechanism, without extracting the endoscope insertion part from the endoscope insertion passage. A concave cleaning storage part that communicates with the fluid supply and discharge port is formed inside the endoscope insertion passage on the distal end side. Cleaning water is supplied from the fluid supply and discharge port to remove foreign matter from the observation window, and stored in the cleaning storage part, and then, the cleaning water stored in the cleaning storage part is suctioned from the fluid supply and discharge port.
