  • Publication number: 20170007102
Abstract: An overtube to be inserted into a body wall is provided with an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment tool insertion passage, the treatment tool insertion passage is provided parallel to a reference axis of the overtube, and the endoscope insertion passage is provided obliquely to the reference axis. A slider, which is engaged with the endoscope and the treatment tool inserted through the respective insertion passages and causes the endoscope and the treatment tool to interlock with each other and move forward and backward, is arranged inside the overtube so as to be movable in a forward-backward direction of the overtube. An endoscope engagement part engaged with the endoscope in the slider is movable in an upward-downward direction, and moves upward and downward along the position of the oblique endoscope insertion passage together with the movement of the slider in the forward-backward direction.

  • Publication number: 20170007293
Abstract: An endoscopic surgical device and an overtube that allows the state of a distal end of a treatment tool to be easily checked while reducing the diameter of the overtube and can improve surgical efficiency. An endoscope insertion part of an endoscope and a treatment tool insertion part of a treatment tool are insertable through an overtube inserted into a body wall, and a slider is provided for moving the endoscope insertion part and the treatment tool insertion part forward and backward in an interlocking manner. A guide part that guides the endoscope insertion part in a direction away from a distal end of the treatment tool insertion part is provided in the vicinity of an endoscope delivery port in a distal end cap at the distal end of the overtube, and the endoscope insertion part is delivered in an oblique direction from the endoscope delivery port.

  • Publication number: 20170007100
Abstract: An endoscope and a treatment tool are respectively inserted through an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment tool insertion passage of an overtube inserted into a body wall. A forward and backward movement operating part provided in a cable part provided to extend from a base end of an endoscope insertion part of the endoscope is arranged at a position adjacent to an operating part of the treatment tool. The forward and backward movement operating part includes a hook part having an opening, and a forward and backward movement operation of the endoscope can be performed by passing the index finger of a right hand gripping the treatment tool through the opening. Therefore, the forward and backward movement operation of the endoscope can be performed with the forward and backward movement operation of the treatment tool using only the one hand that operates the treatment tool.

  • Publication number: 20160051280
Abstract: A surgical device, an outer tube, an endoscope and a treatment tool that have a simple configuration and excellent operability are provided. The outer tube includes a slider in an outer tube body. When the endoscope and the treatment tool are inserted into the outer tube, the endoscope and treatment tool are held by an endoscope holding part and a treatment tool holding part each being provided in the slider, and are combined into a single unit. Consequently, when the treatment tool is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope is moved in the axial direction in interlock with the movement. The outer tube is configured such that the inner diameter of the opening type hermetic valve part for the endoscope that is provided at a valve member is smaller than the inner diameter of the elastic member that is provided for causing the endoscope holding part to hold the endoscope.

When the endoscope and the treatment tool are inserted into the outer tube, the endoscope and treatment tool are held by an endoscope holding part and a treatment tool holding part each being provided in the slider so as to be integrated. • Publication number: 20160022121
Abstract: The outer tube includes two insertion holes which are formed in a cross-sectional D-shape via a partition wall provided in the central part in a cross-section vertical to respective axial directions of the insertion holes. A slit of a valve body located in the insertion hole is disposed along reference line passing through centers of respective arcs of the insertion holes as seen from the axial directions of the insertion holes. Therefore, two leaflets of the slit abut on an arc edge of the insertion hole and a D-shaped cut part of the partition wall respectively when the insertion part of the treatment tool is internally fitted, and they are deformed into the same shape. Since there is no difference in stress applied to two leaflets, it is possible to secure the airtightness by the slit over a long period of time.

  • Publication number: 20160022118
Abstract: An endoscope and a treatment tool which are inserted into an outer tube can move back and forth in interlock with each other, and an operation part of the treatment tool can be prevented from interfering with a proximal end of the endoscope when inserting the treatment tool into the outer tube. An endoscopic surgery device satisfies the following expressions: Lt?Ls<Lh, and Lh?Ls1+Ls+t, where Lt is a length of the outer tube, Ls is a length of a hard part of the insertion part of the endoscope, Lh is a length of a hard part of the insertion part of the treatment tool, Ls1 is a minimum projection length of a distal end of the insertion part of the treatment tool with respect to a distal end of the insertion part of the endoscope, and t is an allowance amount.

  • Publication number: 20160022122
Abstract: A surgical device, an outer tube, an endoscope, and a treatment tool that have a compact configuration and achieve high durability are provided. The outer tube includes a slider in an outer tube body. When the endoscope and the treatment tool are inserted into the outer tube, and are held by an endoscope holding part and a treatment tool holding part each being provided in the slider, and are combined into a single unit. Consequently, when the treatment tool is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope is moved in the axial direction in interlock with the movement. Because the outer tube is configured such that the endoscope exit port has an inner diameter that is smaller than the inner diameter of the elastic member provided to hold the endoscope at the endoscope holding part, the strength of the endoscope can be secured while preventing interference with the treatment tool.

  • Publication number: 20160015255
Abstract: An insertion part of an endoscope and an insertion part of a treatment tool, which are inserted in an outer tube, can be synchronously moved in the axial direction, and, even when the insertion part of the treatment tool is slightly moved in the axial direction, an excellent endoscopic image without shake is obtained. When a treatment tool of an endoscopic surgery device moves by a displacement amount over an allowance amount, an endoscope moves in interlock with the movement of the treatment tool. Moreover, the treatment tool 50 moves in the axial direction with the allowance amount t with respect to the endoscope 10. Therefore, when the treatment tool is moved by a displacement amount of allowance amount or less, the endoscope does not move. By providing such allowance amount, slight movement of the treatment tool is not transmitted to the endoscope.
