The first shield is located between the first and second plurality of V-grooves and the first electrode rod in a direction along a center line connecting a tip of the first electrode rod to a tip of the second electrode rod. The first shield is formed of an insulating material having heat resisting properties withstanding 1000 or more degrees Celsius.
