  • Patent number: 5909851
Abstract: An attaching equipment consists of a bracket and a spacer which is slidable in bracket. When a band formed of an elastic body is inserted through band inserting slit of bracket and band inserting slit of spacer and the band is let off, spacer moves because of the tension of band, whereby blade-like portions formed at end portions of band inserting slits pinch the band, preventing falling of the band out of the band inserting slits. When a force is applied to spacer so as to align band inserting slits and with each other, band is allowed to freely move in band inserting slits.

  • Patent number: 5862714
Abstract: In a lamp body to which a switch knob is attached, an opening corresponding to the switch knob is formed. Opening has opposing sidewalls, and on each of the sidewalls, three grooves are provided. On one surface of a knob body of the switch knob, a pair of projecting pieces are provided spaced from each other by such a distance that allows the projecting pieces to be in contact with the sidewalls of the opening, and at each of the projecting pieces, a beam portion is formed. On each of the beam portions, a projection is provided on the outer surface, and stable engagement with the vertical groove is realized.

  • Patent number: 5735441
Abstract: An apparatus for attaching a two-wheeled vehicle part includes an attachment part attached to a component of a two-wheeled vehicle, an attachment part fixed on a two-wheeled vehicle part, and an attachment part connecting the first and second attachment parts. Attachment parts rotate relative to each other, with a threaded hole serving as an axis, in a range where a convex portion engages with a projecting portion. By bringing attachment parts into pressure contact by means of a screw, the rotation is stopped. Meanwhile, attachment parts are detachable from each other by sliding of rail members with grooves. A stopper controls attachment/detachment of attachment parts.

  • Patent number: 5675279
Abstract: A voltage stepup circuit having a plurality of setup circuit units connected in stages between an input voltage node and a stepup voltage node. Each circuit unit comprises at least two first and second MOS transistor T1 and T2. Each of first stepup capacitors is connected between a first clock signal supply node and a first connection node at which the drain and gate of a corresponding one of odd-numbered MOS transistors, of a plurality of MOS transistors connected in series through the plurality of stepup circuit units, are connected together. Each of second stepup capacitors is connected between a second connection node at which the drain and gate of a corresponding one of even-numbered MOS transistors of the plurality of MOS transistors connected together and a second clock signal supply node for supplying said second connection node with a second clock signal whose pulse width does not overlap in time with that of the first clock signal.

  • Patent number: 4995002
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device in which a data line and a holding circuit for storing data thereon are connected through a transmission gate comprised of an N-type MOS transistor and a P-type MOS transistor, wherein the semiconductor memory device comprises an initial potential setting circuit for setting an initial potiential on the data line prior to readout operation of data from the holding circuit; and a control circuit operative to allow the both transistors of the transmission gate to be turned on at the time of writing data into the holding circuit, and to allow one of the transistors to be turned on at the time of reading data from the holding circuit. Where a hold potential changes when data in the holding circuit has been read out onto the data line, such a change in the hold potential increases on resistance of one of the transistors which has been turned on of the transmission gate.

  • Patent number: 4968979
Abstract: A vehicle detecting system for detecting the number of vehicles which pass the roadway, thereby realizing the smooth flow of vehicles. This system comprises: a transmitting coil and a receiving coil which are arranged on both sides of the vehicle detection area set over the roadway; a driving circuit to supply a high frequency exciting current to the transmitting coil; and vehicle detecting circuit to output a vehicle detection signal in response to a change in level or phase of the electrical signal which is induced in the receiving coil. The detection signal is outputted when the signal level exceeds a predetermined value or when the signal phase exceeds a predetermined angle. One or a plurality of pairs of transmitting and receiving coils may be buried under the roadway surface or on above the roadway at regular intervals. With this system, the installing construction of the coils is simplified and the possibility of the occurrence of the accident such as disconnection of the coil is reduced.

  • Patent number: 4918408
Abstract: An oscillator including a CMOS inverter, a feedback reactance connected between the input and output terminals of the CMOS inverter and a CMOS transfer gate connected as a feedback resistor between the input and output terminals of the CMOS inverter, a power source terminal section to which an external voltage is applied, and a power control unit for converting the external voltage to a first internal voltage which is supplied as a power source voltage to the CMOS inverter. The power control unit converts the external voltage to a second internal voltage independently from the first internal voltage and supplies the second internal voltage as a gate control voltage to the CMOS transfer gate.

  • Patent number: 4806789
Abstract: A first node is connected to an external power source via a switch. A second node is connected to an internal power source whose voltage is lower than that of the external power source. The first and second nodes are connected to an output node via first and second MOSFET switches. The output node is connected to a semiconductor circuit. The potentials at the first and second nodes are compared with each other by a voltage comparator connected between the output node and ground. A MOSFET is quickly turned on and off in response to the potential at the first node.
