    Abstract: A photoelectric conversion apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a semiconductor layer that includes a pixel region in which a plurality of pixels each including a photoelectric conversion element are arranged. A plurality of wiring layers are arranged on a side of a main surface on the opposite side to a light receiving surface of the semiconductor layer, and a plurality of wiring patterns are arranged in a wiring layer closest to the main surface among the plurality of wiring layers.
