Abstract: An exercise ball system including an exercise ball assembly having a base including a plurality of handles and a balancing member. The base includes the plurality of handles configured on each side of the base. The plurality of handles includes four handles positioned on opposing sides of the base. The plurality of handles each include a ring configured to receive the plurality of add-on items such as a resistance band, straps, or other exercise items. The exercise ball assembly provides a portable full-body exercise device for attachment of a plurality of add-on items to perform a plethora of exercises.
