2. Description of Related Art

In recent years, many people have realized the importance of exercising to maintain good health. While many traditional exercises may greatly benefit a person, traditional exercises often fail to develop certain muscles or certain groups of muscles. In particular, traditional exercise devices often fail to provide exercise for many of the less prominent muscles. Furthermore, certain traditional exercises fail to significantly enhance balance or other coordination skills. Full body training devices often have a weight system or other type of resistance system that uses a number of cables, pulleys, and benches. However, these full body trainers are often bulky and often have intricate parts that make them expensive to buy, inconvenient to store, and difficult to use. A suitable solution is desired.

U.S. Pat. No. 6,740,008 to Wei-Teh Ho relates to a multipurpose exercising apparatus. The described multipurpose exercising apparatus is constructed to include a plastic flat base frame positionable on a flat surface, the base frame having a plurality of eyes spaced around the periphery thereof, a semispherical shell made from polyurethane and covered on the base frame, the semispherical shell having a plurality of raised portions over the outer surface thereof for imparting a massaging effect to the user using the multipurpose exercising apparatus, and a plurality of elastic pull cords selectively fastened to the eyes of the base frame for pulling by the user.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known exercise equipment art, the present disclosure provides a novel exercise ball system. The general purpose of the present disclosure, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a full-body exercise device in a compact portable manner.

An exercise ball system is disclosed herein. The exercise ball system includes an exercise ball assembly having a base including a plurality of handles and a balancing member.
