    Abstract: A light source device includes a light guide plate, an optical adhesive, and a light source element. The light guide plate includes a light guide substrate and an enhancement layer. The light guide substrate has a light incident surface, a first surface, and a second surface. The first surface is opposite to the second surface, and the light incident surface extends between the first surface and the second surface. The enhancement layer is disposed on the light guide substrate. A thickness of the enhancement layer is from 1 micrometer to 25 micrometers and a first refractive index of the light guide substrate is greater than a second refractive index of the enhancement layer. The optical adhesive is interposed between the first surface of the light guide substrate and the optical adhesive. The light source element is disposed beside the light incident surface to emit light toward the light incident surface.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a fully bio-based, highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The lignin-rubber masterbatch is prepared by a method comprising: (1) reacting a lignin, acetic acid, and oleic acid in the presence of a catalyst to give a modified lignin; and (2) blending the modified lignin and a rubber, and granulating to give the lignin-rubber masterbatch. The highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch prepared by the present invention can replace the conventional reinforcing agent carbon black and provide a better reinforcing effect and higher mechanical properties for rubber materials. The present invention can also reduce the rubber content of the rubber composite materials while retaining the mechanical properties, thus featuring cost-efficiency.

The method includes the steps of: importing a plurality of technology files associated with the layout design into an EDA system; importing a netlist associated with the layout design into the EDA system; importing a standard cell library containing pattern-S timing information of the functional cells and the spare cells; performing floorplan and spare cell insertion, wherein the spare cells are distributed uniformly across the floorplan; and conducting placement and optimization through re-placement of the at least one functional cells and the spare cells to form pattern-S with at least one timing critical cells to improve an overall timing performance of the layout design.

    Abstract: Various techniques are disclosed for automatically generating sub-cells for a non-final layout of an analog integrated circuit. Device specifications and partition information for the analog integrated circuit is received. Based on the device specifications and the partition information, first cut locations for a first set of cuts to be made along a first direction of a non-final layout of the analog integrated circuit and second cut locations for a second set of cuts to be made along a second direction in the non-final layout are determined. The first set of cuts are made in the non-final layout at the cut locations to produce a temporary layout. The second set of cuts are made in the temporary layout at the cut locations to produce a plurality of sub-cells.

A first passivation layer overlies the ILD layer and the conductive pad, and further defines a pad opening overlying the conductive pad. The device includes a base unit, at least one moving component and at least one magnetic component. The base unit includes a base body and a separating lid. The base body includes at least one culturing chamber and a bottom chamber surface. The cell sample is disposed in the culturing chamber, and the separating lid encloses the culturing chamber. The magnetic component drives the moving component to shift between a pressurizing position and a non-pressurizing position. At the pressurizing position, the moving component moves toward the bottom chamber surface and pressurizes the cell sample. At the non-pressurizing position, the moving component moves toward the separating lid and the pressure on the cell sample is removed. The cell sample is pressurized by the magnetic component driving the moving component.
