Abstract: A low-carbon, high-purity tantalum pentoxide powder has a carbon content of no greater than 15 ppm. A preparation method for the powder includes: (1) adding a fluotantalic acid (H2TaF7) solution into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature of the reaction kettle at 30-60° C., adding a precipitator until the pH of the reaction solution is 8-10, then stopping introducing ammonia, and aging to obtain a tantalum hydroxide slurry; (2) filtering and washing the slurry obtained in step (1), and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a tantalum hydroxide filter cake; (3) drying the filter cake obtained in step (2) to obtain white tantalum hydroxide powder; (4) calcining the tantalum hydroxide powder obtained in step (3), crushing and screening the calcined sample to obtain tantalum pentoxide powder; and (5) subjecting the tantalum pentoxide powder obtained in step (4) to heat treatment at a temperature of 1000-1500° C. to obtain the powder.

Abstract: A method for improving estimation of leaf area index in an early growth stage of wheat based on red-edge bands of Sentinel-2 satellite images includes the following steps: acquiring field background spectrum and wheat canopy spectrum information by means of Sentinel-2; respectively acquiring a “straw-soil” spectrum and a “wheat-straw-soil” spectrum, and calculating slopes of red-edge areas of the “straw-soil” spectrum and the “wheat-straw-soil” spectrum; calculating a tangent function SATF corrected by a background adjustment coefficient ?; constructing a wheat LAI estimation model based on a spectral variable SATFNIR-RE2; performing preliminary screening on the LAI estimation model using cross validation; and then testing the screened model with independent data.

Abstract: Use of a stereoselective transaminase in the asymmetric synthesis of a chiral amine. In particular, provided is use of a polypeptide in the production of a chiral amine or a downstream product using a chiral amine as a precursor. Further provided is a method for producing a chiral amine, comprising culturing a strain expressing the polypeptide so as to obtain a chiral amine. Further provided are novel prochiral compounds, a chiral amine production strain and a method for constructing the chiral amine production strain. The stereoselective transaminase has a broad substrate spectrum and thus has a broad application potential in the preparation of a chiral amine.

During execution of the model, the first co-simulation component outputs data to the second co-simulation component via a connection. The connection is declared as a continuous-time rate connection for input of the data into the second co-simulation component. Based on analyzing the model, the connection is identified as a discrete-continuous sample time connection based on data being communicated from the first co-simulation component to the second co-simulation component via the connection at a discrete-time rate when the model is executed in a co-simulation manner.

Power from the power input line is provided from the backside power delivery network, through the dummy transistors, and controlled by the power gating transistor for transfer to the analog or digital circuit elements. The device uses a backside delivery of power to the area of the dummy transistors to transfer power into the analog or digital circuit elements, which leaves more of the front side footprint for functional devices.
