Abstract: An audio and video (AV) apparatus includes a player module for playing audio and video files, generating audio and video signals, and an internal display and an internal speaker. The AV apparatus further includes: a first switch for generating first instructions; an output module for being externally connected to output the audio and video signals; and a control module connected to the first switch. The control module being configured for disabling the internal display and internal speaker at receiving the first instructions at a situation that the output module is externally connected to output the audio and video signals, and disabling the internal display while keeping the internal speaker enabled at receiving the first instruction at a situation that the output module is not externally connected. A method for controlling the audio and video apparatus is provided as well.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an integrated circuit, a power interface, and an interface circuit connected between the integrated circuit and the power interface for protecting the integrated circuit from being damaged by electrostatic discharge. The interface circuit includes a current limit unit connected between the power interface and the integrated circuit for limiting an electrostatic discharge current and an electrostatic protection unit connected to a common node of the power interface and the current limit unit for clamping a voltage of the common node to a predetermined value. Abstract: In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a process for cyclic dehydrogenation and rehydrogenation of hydrogen storage materials is provided. The process includes liberating hydrogen from a hydrogen storage material comprising hydrogen atoms chemically bonded to one or more elements to form a dehydrogenated material and contacting the dehydrogenated material with a solvent in the presence of hydrogen gas such that the solvent forms a reversible complex with rehydrogenated product of the dehydrogenated material wherein the dehydrogenated material is rehydrogenated to form a solid material containing hydrogen atoms chemically bonded to one or more elements.

The method includes contacting a modifier precursor to a support material to form a modified support material. One or more catalytic component precursors (palladium or gold) may be contacted to the modified support material. The atomic ratio of gold to palladium is preferably in the range of about 0.3 to about 0.90. The support materials with the catalytic component may then be reduced using a reducing environment. A composition for catalyzing the production of an alkenyl alkanoates including a modified support material with palladium and gold is also included within the invention. Catalysts of the present invention may be used to produce alkenyl alkanoates in general and vinyl acetate in particular and are useful to produce low EA/VA ratios while maintaining or improving CO2 selectivity.

Using normalized cuts on the graph, scenes may be segmented. The segmented scenes may be categorized based on whether the segmented scene is a parallel or serial scene.
