    Abstract: A method for configuring a set of hardware accelerators to process a CNN. In an embodiment, the method includes one or more computer processors determining a set of parameters related to a feature map to analyze at a respective layer of the CNN, the set of parameters include quantization value and respective values that describe a shape of the feature map. The method further includes configuring a set of hardware accelerators for the respective layer of the CNN. The method further includes receiving a portion of the feature map to the configured set of hardware accelerators for the respective layer of the CNN, wherein the received portion of the feature map includes a group of sequential data slices. The method further includes analyzing the group of sequential data slices among the configured set of hardware accelerators.

    Abstract: A precipitation hardenable, cobalt-nickel base superalloy is disclosed. The is characterized by the following weight percent composition. C about 0.01 to about 0.15 Cr about 6.00 to about 15.00 Ni about 30.00 to about 45.00 W about 3.00 to about 15.00 Ti about 0.50 to about 4.00 Al about 3.00 to about 7.00 Nb up to about 2.50 Ta up to about 6.00 Hf up to about 1.50 Zr up to about 1.50 B up to about 0.20 Mo up to about 2.50 Si up to about 1.50 The balance of the alloy is cobalt and usual impurities. The alloy provides a novel combination of strength and ductility after long-term exposure to elevated operating temperatures as found in gas turbines and jet engines. A fine-grain steel article made from the alloy is also disclosed. The steel article is also characterized by a continuous surface layer of Al2O3 and Cr2O3 that protects the alloy from oxidation at the elevated operating temperatures.

The ether-type segment A is obtained by polycondensating a polyether monomer and a first part of aldehyde C. The phosphonato segment B is obtained by polycondensating a monomer b containing phosphonato, a monomer c, and a second part of aldehyde C in an aprotic weak polar solvent E. By preparing a block polymer using arylalkane as a main chain and using a phosphonic acid or phosphinic acid functional group as an adsorption group, the invention improves the resistance of the block polymer to sulfate and clay interference, and can achieve initial high dispersion of concrete with a low water-cement ratio and decreasing of the system viscosity.

A manipulator holds a cigarette as a detection sample to simulate a human smoking action, and multiple groups of cameras track a simulated smoking process of the detection sample synchronously in real time. It is determined whether fly ash appears based on a gray-scale difference of burning ash columns, produced without being subjected to flicking, in acquired images. A fly ash area of the burning ash columns of the cigarette is calculated by an area with the gray-scale difference of the burning ash columns of the cigarette in two sequential images of the burning ash columns of the cigarette, and a fly ash amount is further determined. The detection of the amount of fine fly ash is converted into the detection of the gray-scale difference.
