    Abstract: Data augmentation is described to train an artificial intelligence model that includes analyzing a first data set to measure an amount of data in the data set and the variation in the amount of data in the first data set to determine deficiencies for training an artificial intelligence model. Augmenting data is added for the first data set having an amount of data measured that fails to meet a threshold value. Deficiencies in the variation in the amount of data in the first data set are augmented using augmentation methods outside the variation scope of the first data set to provide a second data set of augmented data. An artificial intelligence model is trained with a combined data set of the first data set, and the second data set of augmented data when the first and second data set have an amount of data meeting the threshold value.

In an example method, a tag device receives a downlink excitation signal, where the downlink excitation signal is a linear frequency modulated signal or a multi-carrier linear frequency modulated signal. The tag device generates an uplink reflection signal according to the downlink excitation signal and uplink information. The tag device sends the uplink reflection signal to a network device. When receiving the uplink reflection signal from the tag device and receiving the downlink excitation signal, the network device performs fractional Fourier transform on the uplink reflection signal and the downlink excitation signal, to obtain an uplink frequency domain reflection signal and a downlink frequency domain excitation signal. The uplink frequency domain reflection signal and the downlink frequency domain excitation signal do not overlap each other.

    Abstract: A method of preparing an enhanced yellow-emitting carbon dots includes dissolving citric acid and urea in N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting at a temperature of 150-180° C. for 4-8 h to obtain a carbonized mixture, separating and purifying the carbonized mixture through column chromatography using an eluent prepared according to a volume ratio of dichloromethane to methanol from high to low, collecting a solution obtained by elution when the volume ratio of dichloromethane to methanol is 1:1-2, performing rotary evaporation to remove the solvent, and drying to obtain the yellow-emitting carbon dot. The yellow-emitting carbon dot with fluorescence intensity enhanced with the increase of temperature is synthesized. The yellow-emitting carbon dots has application value in the fields of temperature detection, biological imaging, photoelectric equipment and the like.
