    Abstract: Use of a stereoselective transaminase in the asymmetric synthesis of a chiral amine. In particular, provided is use of a polypeptide in the production of a chiral amine or a downstream product using a chiral amine as a precursor. Further provided is a method for producing a chiral amine, comprising culturing a strain expressing the polypeptide so as to obtain a chiral amine. Further provided are a chiral amine production strain and a method for constructing the chiral amine production strain. The stereoselective transaminase has a broad substrate spectrum and thus has a broad application potential in the preparation of a chiral amine.

The category system includes bank hotspotting functions to give banks that have more requests more chances to go over banks with fewer requests. The category system is implemented proportionally with more category credits given to banks with higher bank depths within the virtual channel.

The clamping mechanism is used to clamp the guide pins, reamers, taps, vertebral pedicle screws, etc. required in the operation, so as to realize the screw placement in the operation, improve the operation efficiency and the accuracy of the screw placement, and avoid possible accidental injuries in the manual screw placement process in the prior art.

The operations further include storing, in computer storage, the baseline bode fingerprint to be used in performing diagnostics of the processing chamber.
