Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery pack heating apparatus and a method of battery pack heating control. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a battery pack heating apparatus is provided. The battery pack heating apparatus is applicable portably and externally to a vehicle and includes: an electrical energy conversion component, including an energy storage device, a first set of switches and a second set of switches; a heating interface connected to the energy storage device via the first set of switches to form a first heating loop and connected to the energy storage device via the second set of switches to form a second heating loop, the heating interface being configured to be connected to a battery pack of one vehicle; and a heating control module configured to control a direction of electrical energy transfer between the battery pack and the energy storage device.

Abstract: A battery pack system includes a battery pack, a battery management module, a discharge circuit module, a charge circuit module and an energy storage module. The battery pack is connected to the discharge circuit module in series and the battery pack is connected to the charge circuit module in series. The battery management module is configured to monitor a temperature of the battery pack, and if the temperature is lower than a first temperature threshold, send a switch-on instruction to the discharge circuit module and the charge circuit module alternately at a regulation frequency. The discharge circuit module is configured to switch on according to the switch-on instruction to enable electricity of the battery pack to flow into the energy storage module. The charge circuit module is configured to switch on according to the switch-on instruction to enable electricity of the energy storage module to flow into the battery pack.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a welding device and a processing apparatus for a secondary battery current collector. The welding device includes: a welding head; and an anvil block. A welding station is disposed between the welding head and the anvil block. The welding device is configured to weld a foil to a portion of a composite current collector at the welding station. According to this solution, the foil can be used as a tab of the composite current collector by using the foil to connect with the composite current collector so as to output the current in the battery cell.

The component for collecting a current comprises an introducing body and a connection body bendably arranged relative to the introducing body. The introducing body comprises a holding arrangement. The holding arrangement is used for fixing the introducing body when the connection body is bent. When the connection body is bent, an operator can use a clamping tool to fixedly clamp the holding arrangement arranged on the introducing body, so that the stress applied on the component for collecting a current can be transferred to the position of the clamping tool when the connection body is bent, thereby reducing the stress from damaging electrode assemblies.

The current collector includes a current collector substrate, a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector substrate. The current collector production apparatus includes an oven having a space where the current collector is to be heated, and a passivation ozone knife having a current collector injection port. The current collector injection port is configured to release ozone in such a manner that the ozone reacts with a surface material of the conductive layer, so as to form a passivation layer. The passivation ozone knife is disposed inside the oven. The current collector produced in the present disclosure can prevent HF in electrolyte from reacting with Al, so as to solve a problem of detachment of active material from the current collector and maintain the performance of lithium-ion battery.
