    Abstract: A system and method for a wireless browser operating in a handheld wireless device for efficient utilization of wireless networks wireless devices resources. The browser identifies ad-server reference links in a received html webpage before the browser can request the ad-server image files from their respective servers, deletes these links and collapses corresponding cells, to create a modified webpage. The wireless browser displays the modified webpage on the device screen. The browser by removing the request and receipt of ad file images from and into the wireless device over the wireless network makes efficient use of the wireless networks. The wireless browser inputs screen size and user desired font size parameters and uses these input parameters, parses the modified webpage into screen size segments and displays the segments one at a time that enables a user to navigate from a segment to another segment to efficiently view web page content.

The system has a cause-server on the global net, a cause-message originating mobile device and a ring of mobile devices. The ring has a first ring, directly reachable by original mobile, a second ring, reachable by mobile devices of first ring, and a third ring, reachable by mobile devices of the second ring of mobile devices and so on. These rings enable a cause-message to spread out in rings globally or regionally. The image substantially obscures the digital content from being viewed and removes the image from the display after a time threshold, thus enabling the digital content to be viewed. The image may be displayed with a legend. The device has a receive sensor to receive the partial transaction record from the sales terminal and a function that activates a payment transaction function in the device. The payment function, on being activated, creates an encrypted payment data record including at least the merchant terminal identification, the payment amount, a personal code and the device identification code and transfers it over the global network to a central system. The device has a needle cover with a disinfecting agent, a sanitizing agent and a lubricating agent that are positioned inside the needle cover. The needle cover sanitizes, disinfects and lubricates a single-use injection needle for reuse when the needle is moved inside the needle cover and positioned therein for temporary storage. The agents are held in a medium that enable the agents to be positioned inside the needle cover. The agents in the medium are stacked on top of each other in heights for different needle lengths. The first stack is a wick medium that absorbs excess fluid droplets from a needle head, the second stack is a medium that disinfects the needle, and the third stack is a medium that lubricates the needle.
