The system 10 has an airborne cell tower unit assembly, where the assembly is airborne with the help of a helium balloon. Multiple units are positioned in an air region in a pattern to provide wireless coverage for a specified geographic region to provide wireless communication coverage in that region.

Abstract: A merchant sales terminal sends a consolidated receipt record of a customer's transaction to a consolidated receipt system in a server database for access by consumer, advertiser, and data miner/researcher. The receipt record is transferred via the internet immediately after the transaction is approved and authorized, to the online server system know as the consolidated receipt system. Here consumers can access their purchase records including merchant name, total amount, and goods/services bought. Furthermore, here also data miners can research sales of a given product/type of product/brand or sales of a merchant/industry/sector/etc.

Abstract: An integrated blood glucose measuring device is described that has blood glucose metering device, a glucose metering test strip storage mechanism attachable to the metering device, a test strip feeding mechanism for feeding a single test strip from the storage mechanism for blood intake. The metering device, the test strip storage mechanism and the test strip feeding mechanism are integrated into a single device for blood glucose measurement. In another embodiment, a lancet mechanism is attachable to a side of the metering device and thus the metering device, the storage mechanism, the test strip feeding mechanism, and the lancet mechanism are integrated into a single device for blood glucose measurement.

Abstract: A vehicle safety function is installed and operative in the vehicle electronics. The vehicle function is implemented via a texting-safety logic inside the vehicle electronics. The texting-safety logic when the vehicle exceeds a threshold speed outputs an RF signal with a texting-safety code. The texting-safety code is picked up by a smart phone in the vehicle to alert the driver about the danger of texting and/or disable the texting feature in the phone while the vehicle is being driven.

The portable wireless device has an interface that is able to read the ATM identification. The central system, the portable wireless device, and the ATM communicate on a global computer network and the portable wireless device is used to conduct a financial transaction with the ATM in lieu of a bankcard of the financial institution.

Abstract: Systems and methods of computer network defense using Checksum-Security System (CSS) 10. An embodiment called Header Checksum Security System (HCSS) 22 uses header block checksum of a packet, and may be used in all routers or a subset of routers of a network. Another embodiment called Data Checksum Security System (DCSS) 24 used data block checksum pf a packet and may be used in the host computers. CSS uses randomization of the existing artifacts of a data packet, that of checksums of the packet. The randomization is able to substitute one value of the artifact with another identical value of the artifact, that is, one checksum is replaced by another checksum, where the replaced checksums have no relationship to the original checksums, they having been derived from a randomization process of the original checksum.
