  • Publication number: 20050174593
Abstract: A facsimile capture device is provided that functions in a plurality of operating modes. In a first automatic operating mode, the facsimile device captures received facsimile or “document” data without user intervention, and subsequently transmits the data to a device represented by a capture address. In one embodiment, the data is transmitted to a file management appliance (“FMA”) which utilizes multiple processes and queues to provide document capture and indexing services to a network. In a second manual operating mode, the facsimile device selectively captures and modifies received document data based upon additionally received external input data. The facsimile device is capable transmitting the document data to a plurality of secondary devices utilizing various transmission and encapsulation protocols. In one embodiment, the facsimile device transmits captured document data to indexing and archiving devices according to standard Internet protocols.

  • Publication number: 20040187301
Abstract: There are provided left and right gripper devices for holding left and right tip side portions of a slide fastener chain, transferring the fastener chain in a longitudinal direction (an X-axis direction) and opening and closing the left and right tip side portions in a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction based on a command sent from operation control means. There is provided an electric motor for controllably driving the left and right gripper devices in the X-Y axis direction based on a command sent from a numeric control section of the operation control means in the X-Y axis direction of the gripper devices. • Publication number: 20030160304
Abstract: The present invention provides a single crystal wafer, wherein the main surface has a plane or a plane equivalent to a plane tilting with respect to a [100] axis of single crystal by angles of &agr; (0°<&agr;<90°) for the [011] direction, &bgr; (0°<&bgr;<90°) for the [01-1] direction and &ggr; (0°≦&ggr;<45°) for the [10-1] or [101] direction. Thus, a single crystal wafer that can sufficiently bear device production processes even with a small wafer thickness is provided and thereby loss of single crystal raw material is reduced.
