    Abstract: A treadmill roller structure comprises a motor, a gear set and a case. The motor is an out-runner motor. The power output section of the motor rotates about stationary spindle. The rotary power output section is engaged to the gear set, while the gear set is in turn engaged to the case, thus allowing the case to rotate relatively to the spindle of the motor as well. The roller structure does not require a driving belt to transfer power from the motor to the roller, thus reduces the power loss due to frictional force during power transfer through belt driving, which enhances the performance of the motor and offers a space-saving feature. In addition, the instant disclosure also provides a treadmill.

The data results of each executed instruction are stored in the temporary data registers until all prior instructions have been executed, thereby retiring the executed instruction in-order.

The roller is held by the bases and the shafts via two of the hydraulic cylinders and both ends of the roller are machined by the forming molds in the mold seats to provide squeezed and shrunk shapes once the mold seats are actuated by the other two hydraulic cylinders.

    Abstract: A method of forming a shallow trench isolation region is provided. The method includes providing a semiconductor substrate comprising a top surface; forming an opening extending from the top surface into the semiconductor substrate; performing a first deposition step to fill a first dielectric material into the opening using a first deposition method. The first deposition method has a bottom deposition rate substantially greater than a sidewall deposition rate. The method further includes isotropically etching the first dielectric material, wherein at least a bottom portion of the first dielectric material remains after the etching; and performing a second deposition step to fill a remaining portion of the opening with a second dielectric material. The first deposition method may be a high-density plasma chemical vapor deposition. The second deposition method may be a high-aspect ratio process.
