  • Publication number: 20120139266
Abstract: A top-and-bottom latch structure for a lock mainly includes a lock formed by a casing, and a lock tongue, a lock core, a handle spindle, and other components disposed in the casing. The handle spindle is provided with a first and a second protruding rod disposed at different angles, and is respectively provided with a first and a second braking piece above and under the handle spindle, so that the two braking pieces are respectively clamped by the protruding rods. The top-and-bottom latch structure for a lock further includes: two fixing members, respectively connected to the braking pieces; and tact switches, connected to a door panel by the fixing members via connecting rods. Therefore, when the door is closed, the tact switches once touching the door frame are embedded into the door frame and the fixing members move downwards to rotate the handle spindle and lock the lock tongue.

  • Publication number: 20120139267
Abstract: A cushion structure of lock includes a knob axle, a constraining member, a push bar, and a fixing member. The knob axle forms at one end thereof a pin, which is received in a slot defined in a casing of a lock, and also forms at an opposite end thereof an engagement section, which is positioned in engagement with the push bar. The constraining member is coupled to the push bar and has a surface forming an opening through which a positioning bar fixed to the casing is received. Springs are respectively arranged at a bottom of the constraining member and between the push bar and the fixing member. When the knob is operated to retract the latch bolt, the resiliency of the springs helps driving the constraining member and the knob axle so as to make the rotation of the knob easy and effortless.

  • Publication number: 20110210566
Abstract: A latch direction change structure of lock includes a fixed member and a movable member each having front and rear vertical walls that form through holes and a horizontal connection wall connected between the front and rear vertical walls. The fixed member forms symmetrically arranged slots in a circumference of the through hole of the rear vertical wall thereof. A bar is set through the through hole of the fixed member, receives a spring to fit thereon, and further extends through the through hole of the movable member to attach to a latch. When the latch is frontward pulled with respect to a lock case, the movable member is movable along the fixed member to allow the latch to separate from the lock case for selective rotation of 180 degrees. The slots defined in the rear vertical wall of the fixed member provides a function of properly positioning the latch.

  • Patent number: 8007987
Abstract: A manufacturing method of asymmetric bumps is provided. First, a substrate is provided. A film layer is then formed on the substrate. Next, a complex photomask including at least one transparent region, a number of opaque regions, and a number of semi-transparent regions is provided. Each of the semi-transparent regions is disposed between two adjacent opaque regions, and at least one light-shielding pattern is randomly disposed in each of the semi-transparent regions. The film layer is then patterned with use of the complex photomask, and multiple asymmetric bumps are formed on the substrate. By using the complex photomask, manufacturing steps of the asymmetric bumps can be reduced. Besides, a manufacturing method of a pixel structure having the above-mentioned asymmetric bumps is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7999902
Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel includes a first transparent substrate, a second transparent substrate opposite to the first transparent substrate, and a sealant disposed therebetween. The first transparent substrate includes a peripheral region, and a plurality of conductive lines disposed in the peripheral region. The conductive lines include a plurality of transparent conductive lines and non-transparent conductive lines. The sealant is disposed in the peripheral region.
