The front plate has a handle button, two click grooves, and a plurality of sockets to engage-with the base plate. The base plate has two front protrusions, and a U-shaped channel for receiving the U-shaped frame. The front protrusions of the base plate engage with a bottom of the front plate. Each click groove of the front plate receives the upper block of the corresponding positioning bar.

The left side board and the right side board are pivotally secured to the case body and the right side board is made wider than the left side board so that the former can be folded in superposition on top of the latter; and the two side boards are located in abutment against the folded top lid and bottom board in the collapsing of the cabinet. Each of the side boards and top lid and the bottom board and the partition boards of the cabinet is provided with a grid-like reinforcement structure.

The method comprises subjecting a copper oxide based material precursor to an oxygenation in an atmosphere comprising more than about 20% oxygen by volume at a temperature less than about 200.degree. C. for a time sufficient to form the material. The invention also is directed to maintaining the properties of a copper oxide based material having a zero resistance transition temperature above 150K.
