  • Patent number: 10613950
Abstract: A dual CMC structure is disclosed for a rack mounted structure. The structure has a first chassis with power supplies, a first chassis management controller, and a first set of network devices. A second chassis includes power supplies, a second chassis management controller and a second set of network devices. The respective chassis management controllers obtain status data of the power supplies, as well as status data from the other chassis management controllers. The first chassis management controller is designated as the master controller and reports the status data from both the first and second chassis. The structure is operable to change communication of the status data to the second chassis management controller, in the event the first chassis management controller fails.

  • Patent number: 10616895
Abstract: Embodiments provide resource scheduling methods and apparatus that reduce transmission resource overhead in resource scheduling. The method can be applied to a wireless local area network, where a next generation protocol followed by the wireless local area network predefines locations of resource units potentially allocated from a to-be-assigned frequency domain resource. The method includes: generating, by a sending end, resource scheduling information, where the resource scheduling information includes a bit sequence to indicate an actual allocation of a resource unit(s) from the to-be-assigned frequency domain resource, and at least some bits in the bit sequence to indicate whether one or more of the resource unit locations potentially allocated for the to-be-assigned frequency domain resource are the actually allocated resource units.

  • Patent number: 10611833
Abstract: Disclosed herein are humanized anti-Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) Receptor antibodies which can inhibit the proliferation of cells expressing the EGF receptor. Humanized anti-EGFR antibodies are capable of binding to the surface of cells and killing the EGF receptor overexpression cells. The invention presents the humanized anti-EGFR antibodies which bind to different epitope and inhibit the tumor formation in a different way than Erbitux. Most importantly, once bound to the surface EGFR, these new anti-EGFR antibodies will internalize rather quickly, which made them ideal candidate for antibody drug conjugation and other biotherapy. The invention also features method of humanization which leads to 90% of the amino acid sequences are human sequence, and significantly reduce the risk of human anti-mouse immunogenicity. The present invention also demonstrated that the humanized anti-EGFR antibodies have the affinity to EGFR in the range of 2.

  • Publication number: 20200102085
Abstract: A device for an aircraft powerplant de-icing system making it possible to reduce or eliminate a tonal noise generated by a flow of air along a surface having an orifice opening into a cavity extending on the side opposite this surface, the orifice having a downstream edge relative to the direction of flow of the air, includes a deflector positioned next to the downstream edge, extending towards the inside of the cavity, and oriented perpendicularly to the direction of flow of the air to divert towards the outside of the orifice vortices formed in the shear layer due to the flow of the air along the surface over each orifice. The deflector at the downstream edge of each exhaust orifice of the de-icing system makes it possible to redirect the vortices outside the cavity while preventing them from being greatly deformed when they pass over the downstream edge.

  • Publication number: 20200107356
Abstract: A method for early termination of an ongoing uplink transmission based on implicit HARQ-ACK is disclosed. A wireless device may receive a first grant for a first uplink transmission and may begin repetitions of the first uplink transmission. The wireless device may receive a second grant for a second uplink transmission during the ongoing first uplink transmission. The wireless device may determine if the second grant is an implicit HARQ-ACK and may perform an early detection of the HARQ-ACK. The wireless device may terminate early the first uplink transmission based on the detection of the HARQ-ACK. Allowing the wireless device to terminate the first uplink transmission through an implicit HARQ-ACK frees up channel resources and saves power. The wireless device may also start the second uplink transmission earlier than a schedule time based on the early detection of the HARQ-ACK, eliminating the waste of unused uplink resources and saving power.
