  • Publication number: 20250115635
Abstract: This disclosure provides electrochemically-cleavable linkers with cleavage potentials that are less than the redox potential of the solvent in which the linkers are used. In some applications, the solvent may be water or an aqueous buffer solution. The linkers may be used to link a nucleotide to a bound group. The linkers include a cleavable group which may be one of a methoxybenzyl alcohol, an ester, a propargyl thioether, or a trichloroethyl ether. The linkers may be cleaved in solvent by generating an electrode potential that is less than the redox potential of the solvent. In some implementations, an electrode array may be used to generate localized electrode potentials which selectively cleave linkers bound to the activated electrode. Uses for the linkers include attachment of blocking groups to nucleotides in enzymatic oligonucleotide synthesis.

  • Patent number: 12271360
Abstract: Devices and techniques are generally described for key-value store having improved support for indexing and querying. The proposed system can expand query functionality by adding compound indexing. In some implementations, compound index may allow multiple simple key-value store queries (e.g., for multiple event types) to be replaced with a single query. In some implementations, compound index may allow for query filtering otherwise unavailable for the key-value store. The system may return results from the compound query in timestamp order and with appropriate pagination. Indexing may be updated dynamically; for example, manually via a self-service portal and/or automatically in response to frequent query combinations. The expanded query functionality can improve the efficiency and usability of, for example, an event timeline system.

  • Patent number: 12273934
Abstract: Embodiments generally relate to a system for managing media resources from a plurality of mobile devices and delivered by a vehicle. In particular, embodiments relate to an apparatus for providing a queue of media resources from a mobile device to a vehicle. The apparatus comprises a wireless transceiver, a vehicle interface, and a processor. The processor establishes a wireless connection to the mobile device and then receives a uniform resource identifier (URI) for a media resource from the mobile device. It then processes the URI to determine information on the media resource, including its media type and selects a media source associated with the media type that comprises the media resource. The processor next adds the media resource to the queue of media resources, which is broadcast via the wireless connection, and triggers the media source to provide the media resource to the vehicle via the vehicle interface.
