  • Patent number: 7526810
Abstract: A method and system to verify active content included within a markup language document store multiple instances of publication information (e.g., an e-commerce listing or e-mail message) in a database associated with a server system. The stored publication information includes active content (e.g., web pages that include an executable script or point to an executable script). Selected active content is retrieved from the database, and subject to a verification process. The verification process is to verify that the selected active content is not malicious. The selected active content is selectively published based on an outcome of the verification process.

  • Publication number: 20090102642
Abstract: Beacon generators transmit wireless beacon signals for use in tracking an object. Among other things, a wireless beacon signal from a particular beacon generator contains information identifying a power supply voltage associated with that beacon generator. A tracking device associated with the object receives one or more of the beacon signals. The tracking device measures the signal strength of a received beacon signal, and the tracking device identifies the power supply voltage associated with the beacon generator that transmitted the received beacon signal. The tracking device or an external component, such as a control unit, can use the identified signal strength and the identified power supply voltage to determine the location of the object. As a particular example, signal strengths and power supply voltages associated with at least three beacon signals can be used to identify the location of the object.

The first electrode includes fingers and a contact arm, with each finger including a first side in contact with the contact arm and two other sides parallel to one another. Portions of the piezoelectric layer are at least partially etched between the two fingers to form a recess. The fingers are spaced apart from one another by a distance W calculated according to the following equation: W = n · va lateral f , with ? ? n ? N where, valateral is an acoustic propagation speed of Lamb waves, n is an order of a resonance mode of the Lamb waves, f is a resonance frequency of the Lamb wave resonator.

  • Publication number: 20090102487
Abstract: A method for testing a printed circuit board to determining the dielectric loss associated with the circuit board material relative to a standard. Dielectric losses in the material generate heat when a high frequency electronic signal, such as a microwave frequency signal, is communicated through a microstrip that is embedded within the printed circuit board. The temperature or spectrum at the surface of printed circuit board is measured and compared against the temperature or spectrum of the standard to determine whether the material under test is acceptable. While various temperature measurement devices may be used, the temperature is preferably measured without contacting the surface, such as using an infrared radiation probe.

  • Publication number: 20090098490
Abstract: The present invention is directed to novel radiation-sensitive, wet developable bottom antireflective coating (DBARC) compositions and their use in semiconductor device manufacturing. The DBARC compositions contain a photoacid generator that produces a photoacid upon exposure to activating radiation. In a photolithographic imaging process, the relatively strong photoacid reduces or eliminates scumming. Further, the relatively large size of the photoacid limits its diffusion through the DBARC, thus minimizing or preventing undercut. The inventive method also limits diffusion of the photoacid by controlling the temperature of the post-exposure baking step. Use of the DBARC compositions with a photoresist in photolithography results in highly resolved features having essentially vertical profiles and no scumming and no undercut, which is critical as microelectronics and semiconductor components become increasingly miniaturized.

Abstract: A system and method for calculating parameters for a refrigeration system having a variable speed compressor is provided. A compressor is connected to a condenser and an evaporator. An evaporator sensor outputs an evaporator signal corresponding to at least one of an evaporator pressure and an evaporator temperature. An inverter drive modulates electric power delivered to the compressor to modulate a speed of the compressor. The control module is connected to the inverter drive and receives the evaporator signal, monitors electrical power data and compressor speed data from said inverter drive, and calculates at least one of a condenser temperature and a condenser pressure based on the evaporator signal, the electrical power data, and the compressor speed data.
