  • Patent number: 10496065
Abstract: A monitoring system for monitoring a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system of a building is provided. The monitoring system includes a monitoring server and a monitoring client. The monitoring server is configured to receive an aggregate current value from a monitoring device, wherein the aggregate current value represents a total current flowing through the HVAC system, determine a commanded operating mode of the HVAC system in response to the aggregate current value, wherein operating modes of the HVAC system include at least one of an idle mode and an ON mode, and analyze a system condition of the HVAC system based on the determined commanded operating mode. The monitoring client is configured to command the monitoring server to execute validation testing based on data received from monitoring the HVAC system, display results of validation testing, display real-time system performance data, and display an alert during a system malfunction.

  • Patent number: 10478246
Abstract: Methods and systems for modulating intraosseous nerves (e.g., nerves within bone) are provided. For example, the methods and systems described herein may be used to modulate (e.g., denervate, ablate) basivertebral nerves within vertebrae. The modulation of the basivertebral nerves may facilitate treatment of chronic back pain. The modulation may be performed by a neuromodulation device (e.g., an energy delivery device).

  • Publication number: 20190215316
Abstract: An assembly management system allows a software service provider (SSP) to compile and upload client-specific client application code into a repository. The SSP deploys a client application comprising non-client-specific code to various clients. When a user logs in, a call is made to a web service, which queries the repository for code specific to the requesting client. If available, the web service sends a response with the name and version of the assembly to which the client is subscribed. If the locally-saved version does not match the version of the assembly in the repository, and if the SSP has permission to write to the client's disk, the web service retrieves the assembly and commits it to the disk. If the SSP does not have permission, the assembly is streamed to the client device and retained and executed in memory for the duration of the login.

  • Publication number: 20190133262
Abstract: A latch system has a socket assembly and a plug assembly. When the socket assembly is within a predetermined distance from the plug assembly, a socket magnet member and a plug magnet member displace the socket assembly towards the plug assembly. To place the latch system in an engaged configuration, the head portion of the plug member passes through a main opening in a socket housing and a plug opening in a socket plate such that the head portion is within the primary chamber. To place the latch system in a latched configuration, the socket assembly is displaced relative to the plug assembly to arrange at least a portion of the socket plate within a head gap defined by a head portion of a plug member.

  • Patent number: 10196983
Abstract: A fuel nozzle configured to channel fluid towards a combustion chamber is provided. The fuel nozzle includes a stem having a central passageway and at least one fuel tube disposed within the passageway. The fuel tube includes an outlet end portion having inner and outer walls separated by a cavity defined by a fixed aft face. The inner wall defines a central bore for delivering fuel to the combustion chamber. Further, the fuel nozzle includes an outer heat shield tube concentrically aligned with the outlet end portion of the fuel tube. The heat shield tube includes a circumferential outer wall having an aft face that stops upstream of the fixed aft face of the fuel tube. Thus, during operation, the heat shield tube is configured to thermally expand by sliding against the outer wall of the fuel tube.

  • Patent number: 10089306
Abstract: Dynamically populatable electronic items are items that can be at least partially populated after creation. Dynamically populatable electronic items may include some static information (e.g., text, images, audio, video, etc.) and one or more dynamic fields, which are configured to be dynamically populated from a source separate from the electronic item. Thus, the content of the dynamic electronic item can change over time as the dynamic fields are populated and/or repopulated.
