Abstract: System and method to reduce risk of exposure to pathogens using a system comprising transportable clinical chambers, often configured with the exterior dimensions of a shipping container. The transportable chamber can be partially or completely self-contained, and configured for rapid transport and setup. The chamber is typically equipped with suitable automatic airborne sterilizing agent generators, sensors, mechanisms, and automatic air control devices. After suitable safety checks, the system isolates the interior air from external air, and activates an air phase anti-microbial agent generator, filling at least a portion of the chamber with an air-phase anti-pathogen agent. After sterilization, the invention deactivates the generator and then restores the connection to outside sterilized air.

Abstract: Hoses include inner tube, a reinforcement layer disposed outwardly from the inner tube, and a cover layer disposed outwardly from the reinforcement layer, and the cover layer and/or inner tube is based on a cured composition formed from a mixture containing a blend of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and cross-linkable oxidized high density polyethylene (oxidized HDPE), where the CPE and oxidized HDPE are blended in a CPE:oxidized HDPE weight ratio of from 10:1 to 1:1, and a peroxide curing system. The peroxide curing system used in some compositions according the disclosure include alpha-alpha-bis(t-butylperoxy)diisopropylbenzene and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate.

Abstract: A stabilizer bar assembly having a pair of bar members and a clutch assembly with a first and second couplers, which are fixedly coupled to the bar members, a coupling sleeve and a rotary lock. The coupling sleeve matingly engages the first coupler. The coupling sleeve is movable along an axis between a first position, in which the coupling sleeve is disengaged from the second coupler to permit relative rotation between the stabilizer bar members about the axis, and a second position in which the coupling sleeve is engaged to the first and second couplers. The rotary lock has lock members that are fixedly coupled to the coupling sleeve and the second coupler. The lock members engage one another when the coupling sleeve is in the second position to inhibit relative movement about the rotational axis between the coupling sleeve and the second coupler.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for discovering advertisements on publisher web pages and for identifying placement pathways by which discovered advertisements have been placed on the publisher web pages. An advertisement tracking and discovery system may use multiple web crawler applications to explore multiple publisher websites. The web crawler applications may gather advertisement data that includes times associated with each request made by the web crawler application. The system may use the gathered advertisement data and the times associated with each request to determine the placement pathways by which discovered advertisements have been placed. Each placement pathway may include one or more advertising channels or combinations of advertising channels. The system may accumulate and aggregate advertising data associated with the advertisements and the placement pathways and display the aggregated advertising data to a customer.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for automatically generating and maintaining user profile cookie sets. The user profile cookie sets may be used by a web crawler when gathering data such as advertisement data associated with one or more websites. The cookie sets may be generated by choosing a user profile with a set of user traits, selecting a set of websites related to the user traits, and browsing the selected set of websites using a web crawler while allowing the website to place cookies in storage of the web crawler. The cookie sets may be maintained by selecting a website to browse, selecting a user profile associated with the selected website, loading a previously generated cookie set for the selected user profile into the storage of a web crawler, and loading the webpage while allowing the website to place, update, or replace cookies in the storage of the web crawler.

Abstract: A conveyor belt includes a cut and gouge resistant cover layer defining a load carrying surface, a pulley layer disposed parallel to the cover layer, and a carcass comprising one or more reinforcement layers, where the carcass is disposed between the cover layer and the pulley layer. The cover layer is formed by curing an admixture including a rubber component, a sulfur curative, and an additive including oxidized high density polyethylene, maleated high density polyethylene, and/or non-functionalized high density polyethylene. The rubber component includes styrene-butadiene rubber and natural rubber. The cut and gouge resistant cover layer has a cut resistance and gouge resistance value of 1.00 grams or less, after the admixture is cured, and the cut and gouge resistant cover layer has an abrasion resistance of value of 110 or less after the admixture is cured.

Abstract: Methods and systems for connecting client devices to anonymous sessions via helpers are described herein. One or more anonymous sessions may be generated on one or more target machines. Configuration information for generating an anonymous session may be used to initiate generation of the anonymous session on a target machine. A helper process may be created and associated with the anonymous session. A request to start a virtual application or desktop may be received from a client device, and the client device may be connected to the anonymous session on the target machine. The helper associated with the anonymous session may retrieve credentials associated with a user of the client device and/or may use the credentials associated with the user to start the virtual application or desktop on the target machine as the user.

Abstract: A device can obtain historical accident data identifying accidents within a geographic region. The device can classify geographic areas within the geographic region as being sparse accident-prone zones (APZs) or dense APZs by processing the historical accident data using a clustering technique and clustering parameters. The device can generate data identifying geographic boundaries of the sparse APZs and the dense APZs. The device can provide the data identifying the geographic boundaries to be stored using a data structure. The device can receive telematics data associated with a vehicle within the geographic region. The device can determine whether the vehicle is in or approaching a particular APZ based on whether a location of the vehicle is within the particular APZ or based on whether the vehicle is likely to enter the particular APZ. The device can provide an alert to the vehicle or a user device associated with the vehicle.

The one or more devices receive from the second vehicle, and by using the P2P connection, content that has been captured by a camera component associated with the second vehicle. The one or more devices cause an interface associated with the first vehicle to display the content.

Abstract: Managing a redundant array of independent disks (RAID) storage array involves assigning first and second stripes to span respective first and second sets of disks. A subset of drives in the first set fails such that the first stripe is in a first state wherein a failure of another drive in the first set will lead to data loss in the first stripe. It is determined that the second stripe is in a fault-tolerant state such that the second stripe can have failures of two drives in the second set before the second stripe is in the first state, Part of an operational disk of the second set used by the second stripe is allocated to the first stripe to replace at least part of the subset of failed drives.

The measuring device measures a first spectral characteristic of light derived from vegetation in a support target area. The storage device stores a database of spectrum according to species that shows a spectral characteristic of a desired crop. The plant species determining unit determines whether a plant included in the vegetation is the desired crop or not based on the database of spectrum according to species and a measurement result of the first spectral characteristic. The plant species determination unit further carries out distinction of agricultural crops, distinction of agricultural crops and weeds and the like. Furthermore, the precision agriculture support system identifies an area where abnormality is occurring, estimates a nature of the abnormality and carries out an early warning by providing a countermeasure against the abnormality.

Abstract: Apparatus and method for managing data in a multi-device storage system, such as a RAID (redundant array of independent discs) system. Distributed data sets are stored across a plurality of storage devices. A selected storage device is replaced with a new storage device responsive to an anomalous event. A rebuild operation is performed to reconstruct data from the selected storage device to the new storage device. The rebuild process includes accessing a list of distributed data sets in a local memory. For each distributed data set in the list identified as constituting valid data, read commands are issued to the remaining storage devices and a write command is issued to the new storage device. For each distributed data set in the list identified as constituting unused data, a data clear command is issued to each of the remaining storage devices and to the new storage device.

The outer cover layer includes a sulfur cured rubber formulation formed from a blend including from about 20 phr to about 40 phr of an EPDM elastomer, from about 1 phr to about 40 phr of a polybutadiene rubber, and from about 30 phr to about 80 phr of a natural rubber. The sulfur cured rubber formulation may include a sulfur curative in an amount of from about 1.0 phr to about 4.0 phr. The sulfur cured rubber formulation may exhibits no cracking under dynamic ozone testing conditions of 50 pphm ozone, 25% strain, and 40 deg C., at 168 hours, in accordance with ASTM D1149, and may have a rolling resistance factor value of from 0.05 to 0.06 at a temperature of 25 deg C.
