  • Publication number: 20250145703
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to antibodies and proteins comprising an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically bind to the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-17 A. The disclosure more specifically relates to specific antibodies and proteins that are IL-17 A antagonists (inhibit the activities of IL-17 A and IL-17 AF) and are capable of inhibiting IL-17 A induced cytokine production in in vitro assays, and having an inhibitory effect in an antigen-induced arthritis model in vivo. The disclosure further relates to compositions and methods of use for said antibodies and proteins to treat pathological disorders that can be treated by inhibiting IL-17A or IL 17AF mediated activity, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), lupus nephritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma or cystic fibrosis or other autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.

Abstract: A method, a computer system, and a computer program product for creating medical findings reports are introduced. Using these, hierarchically organized and dynamically adaptable data structure and a text editing interface are provided. A report text consisting of user-entered free text and/or structured text, that is stored in the data structure elements and transferred into the report text, is created. In the report text, first report text elements, that can be assigned to at least one data structure element, and second report text elements, that cannot be assigned to any of the existing data structure elements, are identified. The first report text elements are then assigned to the at least one data structure element. The second report text elements are then assigned and stored to one or more newly created data structure elements and/or to existing data structure elements while maintaining the order of the report text.

  • Publication number: 20230275033
Abstract: A semiconductor substrate includes a semiconductor base substrate. An alignment structure is formed on a surface of the semiconductor base substrate. An epitaxial layer is deposited on the surface of the semiconductor base substrate. The alignment structure includes an area of the surface of the semiconductor base substrate that is formed as a groove pattern. Grooves of the groove pattern are aligned with a specific crystallographic direction of the semiconductor base substrate. The specific crystallographic direction provides for a slower epitaxial growth rate on such a groove-patterned base substrate surface area compared to epitaxial growth on a surface of the semiconductor base substrate adjacent to the groove-patterned area.
