  • Patent number: 11022575
Abstract: Systems and methods for measuring unique microelectronic electromagnetic signatures are provided. A method includes injecting a nondestructive signal as input into a port of an object. The method may further include receiving as output from a signal path within the object a unique frequency dependent complex spectrum comprising a reflection spectrum or a transmission spectrum. The method may also include generating a unique object signature based upon the port and the received spectrum. The method may still further include differentiating the object from a different object based upon a comparison of the unique object signature of each.

  • Publication number: 20200373211
Abstract: An assembly for monitoring a semiconductor device under test comprising a mill configured to mill the device, a sensor configured to measure an electrical characteristic of the device, and a computer configured to determine the amount of strain in the device from the electrical characteristic when the mill is milling the device and detect an endpoint of milling at a circuit within the device. In use the endpoints of the milling process of the semiconductor device are detected measuring an electrical characteristic of the device with a sensor during milling determining the amount of strain in the device from the electrical characteristic and detecting an endpoint of the milling process within the device based on the amount of strain.

  • Publication number: 20200289313
Abstract: The present invention provides a safe sexual behavior aid having a main body with a first side and a second side, and the main body is formed with at least one through hole and formed with a finger sleeve portion. Accordingly, when a user uses the safe sexual behavior aid, a finger can be sleeved in the finger sleeve portion, and then the mouth and tongue contact with the first side and make oral sex with a recipient of the second side. Through the finger sleeve portion, the user can clearly distinguish the first side where the mouth and tongue contact with, and the second side where the recipient clings to; thereby achieving the effect of safe oral sex, and convenience of holding and using through effectively sleeving in the finger sleeve portion.

  • Publication number: 20200001077
Abstract: An oral appliance is disclosed that provides electrical stimulation to a patient's tongue in a manner that prevents collapse of the tongue and/or soft palate during sleep. More specifically, the appliance may induce a reversible current or currents in a lateral direction across the tongue in a manner that shortens the patient's Palatoglossus muscle, which in turn pulls the patient's soft palate downward towards a base of the tongue and/or decreases a volume of the tongue.

  • Publication number: 20190200747
Abstract: A hair comb set structure includes a comb body and a comb cover. The comb body has a first side surface, a second side surface and one end formed with a handle. Furthermore, the comb body is formed with multiple guide holes between the first side surface and the second side surface, and the comb cover is assembled with the comb body. At least one baffle and at least one projection are formed on an inner wall of the comb cover. The baffle is joined to the first side surface, and the projection is joined to the second side surface. Thus, the comb body of the hair comb set structure can guide hot air steams through the guide holes, and the comb cover can directly cover the comb body, so that the rapid drying and convenient covering and protecting effects can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 10288189
Abstract: A pneumatic controller for connecting to a vacuum source and providing a vacuum output signal. The pneumatic controller includes a valve body defining a number of different chambers. At least two of the chambers that are separated by diaphragm and one of these chambers is maintained at vacuum pressure. In response to a pressure differential between the two chambers, the diaphragm deforms causing a valve to move from a first position, where an output port is coupled to atmospheric pressure, to a second position, where the output port is coupled to vacuum pressure. The valve is inhibited for moving between the first and second positions unless a sufficient vacuum pressure is present. Movement of the valve from the second position to the first position is also delayed until the two chambers are substantially equalized.
