  • Publication number: 20090020451
Abstract: A package for a two-part coating includes a container having an outer wall and at least one dividing wall extending across the outer wall to divide the container into at least first and second chambers that are separated from each other by the dividing wall. A roller tray has a longitudinal edge adapted removably to be received over the dividing wall such that the roller tray extends from the dividing wall over one of the chambers. In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one support leg extends from an opposing edge of the roller tray and is adapted removably to be received on the outer wall of the container.

  • Patent number: 6383589
Abstract: An improved coextruded asymmetric multilayer plastic structure and method of forming the same are provided. The layers of the structure consist of a barrier layer comprised of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, an adhesive layer on each surface of the barrier layer, inner and outer surface layers, and a bulk layer positioned between the outer surface layer and its adjacent adhesive layers. The bulk layer is comprised of a thermoplastic polymer and calcium carbonate in an amount sufficient that the multilayer structure has an acceptable level of curling. The structure can be used to form a tubular body that has a cylindrical shape. A collapsible dispensing container having a body wall formed of the aforementioned structure and having improved product dispense properties is also provided.

  • Patent number: 5067464
Abstract: A mechanically pressurized electronic fuel injector for use in internal combustion engines is actuated by the engine valve train during the injection stroke. A control solenoid is mounted to the injector and has its axis inclined with respect to the axis of the injector. A control valve passage has its axis generally coaxial with the central axis of the control solenoid. Machining of the control valve passage is accomplished through the receiving boss for the control solenoid. High pressure sealing plugs, previously required to seal orifices in the exterior surface of the injector body which were needed to provide access to drill or machine the control valve passage, are completely eliminated. The drilling and machining of the control valve passage is accomplished without drilling through the exterior surface of the injector body.

  • Patent number: 4979473
Abstract: A piston cooling assembly for cooling each of the pistons in an internal combustion engine is provided. The piston cooling assembly of the present invention, which directs a spray of cooling fluid, typically oil, to a selected targeted area of the piston with which it is associated, is installed, adjusted and removed entirely from the exterior of the engine block. The piston cooling assembly is received in a specially configured bore in the engine block and includes a flange located exteriorly of the engine block to position and secure the assembly in its desired location. A nozzle tube support attached to the flange is sealingly engaged within the engine block bore and is fluidically connected with the engine cooling fluid supply to provide a supply of cooling fluid to a nozzle tube. The nozzle tube, one end of which is supported by the nozzle tube support, sprays cooling fluid toward the targeted piston area.
