    Abstract: A shingle patch for repairing damaged asphalt shingles includes a base member, a notched portion on one end thereof, a roofing nail formed on its opposite end portion, or a flap portion which can be lifted so that a standard roofing nail can be nailed into the underlying damaged shingle, and colored granules embedded into the top surface of the base member. A sealant covers at least a portion of the notched portion and the bottom surface of the base member. The notched portion is structured for sliding under the shingle located immediately above the damaged shingle and the remainder of the shingle patch overlays the damaged shingle. An emulsion/adhesive injector system for repairing damaged shingles, an integral nail/disk structure which eliminates the need of having any exposed nails associated with a shingled roof, and special tools for lifting the bottom edge of a shingle are also disclosed.
