  • Patent number: 12165325
Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of dark field X-ray images in an ablation treatment of a tumour. By acquiring dark field X-ray images displaying the region of interest targeted in the ablation treatment, information can be derived which allows taking a decision on terminating the ablation treatment. A set of dark field X-ray images is received (101), which is acquired at different time instants and comprises the region of interest. Dark field X-ray images of the set are compared (102), for example by determining difference images between the individual images. If during that comparison a change in the dark field X-ray images is detected over time in the region of interest, then a signal is generated (103) indicating a change has occurred. That signal may indicate that healthy tissue is being affected instead of the tumour and that consequently the ablation treatment should be ended.

  • Patent number: 12165069
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a compiler for optimizing the implementation of a machine-trained network (e.g., a neural network) on an integrated circuit (IC). The compiler of some embodiments receives a specification of a machine-trained network including multiple layers of computation nodes and generates a graph representing options for implementing the machine-trained network in the IC. In some embodiments, the graph includes nodes representing options for implementing each layer of the machine-trained network and edges between nodes for different layers representing different implementations that are compatible. In some embodiments, the graph is populated according to rules relating to memory use and the numbers of cores necessary to implement a particular layer of the machine trained network such that nodes for a particular layer, in some embodiments, represent fewer than all the possible groupings of sets of clusters.

  • Patent number: 12165035
Abstract: The systems and methods may use one or more artificial intelligence models that predict an effect of a predicted event on a current state of the system. For example, the model may predict how a rate of change in time-series data may be altered throughout the first time period based on the predicted event. In addition, the system may use a machine learning model to classify a user, based on current state characteristics, into a class of users and identify peers of the user. Based on those peers, the system may identify items for the user and generate a predetermined output variable.

  • Patent number: 12162575
Abstract: Underwater Deployable Structures (UDSs) capable of achieving inflation via mechanical pumps, moisture-activated expanding foams, water swelling material, or a hybrid of a mechanical pump and water swelling material. Moisture expanding foams begin as polyurethane-based resins of low viscosity, and react in the presence of water to become solid foam. In their final forms, the foams exist as open- or closed-cell, and vary in strength, elasticity, and rigidity. Water swelling material is also disclosed wherein the water swelling material is capable of achieving expansion numerous (e.g., up to about 250) times its initial volume when in contact with water and can shrink back to its initial volume upon dehydration, making the UDSs reusable. A mechanical pump may optionally be used to assist in initial inflation until the water swelling material reaches full expansion.

  • Patent number: 12163999
Abstract: An apparatus is described for burn-in and/or functional testing of microelectronic circuits of unsingulated wafers. A large number of power, ground, and signal connections can be made to a large number of contacts on a wafer. The apparatus has a cartridge that allows for fanning-in of electric paths. A distribution board has a plurality of interfaces that are strategically positioned to provide a dense configuration. The interfaces are connected through flexible attachments to an array of first connector modules. Each one of the first connector modules can be independently connected to a respective one of a plurality of second connector modules, thereby reducing stresses on a frame of the apparatus. Further features include for example a piston that allows for tight control of forces exerted by terminals onto contacts of a wafer.
