    Abstract: A first user associated with a structure (e.g., a home, a building, etc.) may authorize a second user to access the structure when the first user is not present. The second user may request to access the structure via a website associated with a URL that was previously provided. The second user may be verified/authenticated based on an access code input via the web site, a proximity of a device to the structure, and/or times in which the second user is authorized to access the structure. The second user may indicate, via the website, a desire to lock/unlock a structure entrance (e.g., a door) to the structure that contains a smart lock. Upon receiving a selection to lock/unlock the structure entrance, a service provider sends an instruction to the smart lock, causing the structure entrance to become locked/unlocked, and allowing the second user to access or secure the structure.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor is disclosed in the present invention, including a substrate, a gate, an insulating layer, a source, a drain and an active layer. The gate is arranged on the substrate. The insulating layer is arranged on the gate. The source and the drain are arranged on the insulating layer. The active layer is arranged between the source and the drain, and is formed by a bottom layer, an intermediate layer and a top layer stacked together on the insulating layer. The conductivity of the intermediate layer is higher than that of the bottom layer, and the conductivity of the bottom layer is higher than that of the top layer. As such, the disadvantage of low carrier mobility as commonly seen in the conventional thin film transistor is overcome.

In desert and semi-desert areas meeting a certain condition, the base part of the stem of the directly-planted seedling or the transplanting seedling of the haloxylon plant is protected by using a cylindrical pipe or hollow bullet-shaped pipe of a certain specification from damage or even death caused by stress factors such as a ground surface layer at high temperature. Through the present invention, the survival rate of a directly-planted seedling and a transplanting seedling of the haloxylon plant under extremely stress conditions in the desert and semi-desert areas can be obviously improved, and the average improvement rate is over 50%, the quick growth and development of individuals are promoted and the annual mass growth is increased.

When a communication service is started, the charging information table is queried and the most economical communication service charge from the charging information table is selected for the started communication service A corresponding phone card ID is also selected. The multi-mode mobile phone is switched to the phone card corresponding to the selected phone card ID to communicate.
