Abstract: A method and apparatus for nanocrystallizing a metal surface by laser-induced shock wave-accelerated nanoparticles. The apparatus comprises a control system, a light guiding system, a workbench control system and an auxiliary system, wherein the auxiliary system comprises an air compressor, a paint feeder device, a nanoparticle nozzle, a powder feeder device, an exhaust, a sealed working chamber and a metal nanoparticle recycler device. The method comprises the following steps: pre-processing and fixing a workpiece; activating the air compressor to feed a powder; controlling and adjusting the paint feeder device to eject a black paint; transmitting a high-power pulse laser beam; recycling excess metal nanoparticles; and rinsing non-vaporized/ionized black paint off a surface of the workpiece.

Abstract: A light bar fixing device comprises a light bar defining a through-hole and a heat dissipation mechanism defining a threaded hole corresponding to the through-hole. The light bar fixing device further comprises a helical spring having a pitch identical to that of the threaded hole. A columnar body of the helical spring is adapted to be threaded into the threaded hole, and an outer diameter of a stop end of the helical spring is greater than that of the columnar body. By threading the helical spring into the threaded hole, the light bar can be securely connected to the heat dissipation mechanism with a clearance therebetween being reduced. Also, the light bar can dissipate heat evenly via the heat dissipation mechanism to allow a uniform temperature distribution in the light bar, thus resulting in a desirable light emitting effect and a prolonged service life of the light bar.

Abstract: A backlight module and a backplate for use in the backlight module are disclosed. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a light source and a backplate; the backplate comprises a baseplate, side plates extending upwards from two opposite sides of the baseplate respectively, and top plates extending from the two side plates respectively and towards each other, and the side plates, the top plates and the baseplate together form recesses for receiving the light source, with two opposite edges of the light guide plate being disposed in the recesses; a fixing post is disposed at an end of the baseplate, and a fixing groove is formed in the light guide plate corresponding to the fixing post, with the fixing post being fitted in the fixing groove; and display panel positioning blocks are disposed at both ends of an upper surface of each of the top plates. Therefore, the backlight module of the present invention is compact in structure.

Abstract: The present invention provides an LED light bar and a backlight module using the LED light bar. The LED light bar includes a heat dissipation strip, a PCB mounted on the heat dissipation strip, LED chips mounted on the heat dissipation strip and electrically connected to the PCB, and a thermal interface material layer arranged between the LED chips and the heat dissipation strip. The LED light bar and the backlight module using the LED light bar according to the present invention arrange LED chips to be mounted to a heat dissipation strip that is of bettered thermal conduction performance to thereby avoid the conventional process of transferring terminal energy through a PCB that is of poor heat dissipation. The art is simple and the entire heat dissipation path is shortened to achieve excellent heat dissipation performance and thus ensure the quality of backlighting.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a PCB module, including PCB, side board, importing part and stop wall. The PCB module is for fixing PCB to the module. The present invention also discloses a module side wall, including side board, importing part and stop wall. The fixing structure of the present invention is simple and utilizes the flexibility of PCB to guide and fix PCB onto module side wall. The present invention can save the tedious operation of fixing PCB process in known techniques and improve production efficiency.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module. The backlight module includes a light source, a thermal plate, a back cover and an elastic holder. The light source is arranged on the thermal plate. The thermal plate is arranged on the back cover, and includes a first hole defined therein. The back cover includes a second hole defined therein, and the second hole overlaps with the first hole. The elastic holder penetrates through the first hole and the second hole, holds two surfaces of the thermal plate and the back cover apart from each other for fixing the thermal plate on the back cover. The present disclosure further provides a liquid crystal display.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display and a method for fixing a circuit board thereof are provided in the present invention. The liquid crystal display includes: a back plate having a back plate body, at least one elastic piece disposed at the back plate body, the elastic piece including at least one supporting portion; a circuit board having a grounding area, the circuit board located on the outside of the back plate body, and the grounding area contacting with the supporting portion of the elastic piece; a liquid crystal display panel electrically connected with the circuit board; and a plastic housing having a plurality of sidewalls and a top wall, the circuit board located on the inside of the sidewall, the sidewall having at least one hook, and the hook engaged with the elastic piece for elastically clipping and fixing the circuit board. The present invention has advantages of few parts, simple structure and convenient for assembly.

Abstract: A method and a system for securely installing patches for an operating system, wherein the system comprises a personal firewall, for filtering inbound and outbound network traffic; an operating system update agent, for connecting to an update server via the personal firewall to download patches; a policy manager, for invoking respective policies according to respective stages of the operating system; a stage coordinator, for coordinating the policy manager and the operating system update agent for different stages; and a policy database, for storing respective policies for respective stages of the operating system. With the method and system, the possibility of being infected by malicious software is significantly reduced when downloading patches for the operating system from the Internet.

Abstract: This invention discloses a power device package for containing, protecting and providing electrical contacts for a power transistor. The power device package includes a top and bottom lead frames for directly no-bump attaching to the power transistor. The power transistor is attached to the bottom lead frame as a flip-chip with a source contact and a gate contact directly no-bumping attaching to the bottom lead frame. The power transistor has a bottom drain contact attaching to the top lead frame. The top lead frame further includes an extension for providing a bottom drain electrode substantially on a same side with the bottom lead frame. In a preferred embodiment, the power device package further includes a joint layer between device metal of source, gate or drain and top or bottom lead frame, through applying ultrasonic energy.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a resilient engaging member and a liquid crystal display (LCD) module having the same. The resilient engaging member comprises a leaf spring and a post. The leaf spring comprises connecting portions used to fix the leaf spring and stopping portions for engagement with the post. The post comprises a body used to fix the post and a mating portion for fixed engagement with the stopping portions. The LCD module includes a back plate, a panel, and a front frame installed in sequence, and a plurality of the resilient engaging members disposed between the back plate and the front frame and configured for connection therebetween. The resilient engaging member of the present invention has advantages of reliable connection, easy assembly, and fine resistance to any impact, etc.

Abstract: A heat dissipation substrate comprises a substrate material and a heat conductive liquid. The substrate material comprises a plurality of holes and the heat conductive liquid is permeated into the holes. The thermal expansion coefficient of the heat conductive liquid is larger than that of the substrate material. A heat dissipation substrate manufacturing method comprises steps of mixing a sinter powder and an adhesive to form a substrate material; placing the substrate material into a furnace to perform a sintering process in order to form a plurality of holes in the substrate material; and permeating a heat conductive liquid into the holes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module and a lamp installation device thereof. The backlight module comprises a plurality of lamps therein, and two ends of each of the lamps are clamped, positioned and electrically connected to one of the lamp installation devices, respectively. Each of the lamp installation devices comprises: a mounting end, a lamp clamping portion and an elastic conductive plate. The mounting end is used to mount the lamp installation device on the backlight module; the lamp clamping portion has a pair of elastic clamping plates for engaging with one end of the lamp; and the elastic conductive plate is electrically connected to a terminal of the end of the lamp. The manufacture cost of the lamp installation device of the present invention is relatively low and the installation thereof is simple, while the lamp also can provide a better impact resistance.

Abstract: An antihypertensive pharmaceutical composition is provided, which contains levamlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and indapamide. In the present invention, levamlodipine and indapamide are administrated in combination for treating hypertension, a good synergistic antihypertensive effect is achieved, and the edema side effect due to sodium and water retention caused when levamlodipine is administrated alone and the side effect of glucose metabolism interference caused when indapamide is administrated alone are mitigated.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a backlight module and a LCD using the same. Said backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a reflection sheet and a backplane, wherein said reflection sheet is arranged under the light guide plate; said backplane is arranged under the reflection sheet and partially supports the reflection sheet; and said reflection sheet is bent to form one or more supporting ribs for supporting the backplane to prevent the reflection sheet from drooping. The present invention solves the problem that the reflection sheet is affected by heat and then is easy to droop, by bending the reflection sheet of the backlight module to form the one or more supporting ribs for supporting the reflection sheet, and has the advantages of low cost and no negative influence on other components and system structure of the backlight module.

Abstract: Disclosed are a fixing device and a backlight module using the fixing device. The fixing device includes a positioning post, an embedded part, and at least one elastic part. The embedded part is vertically inserted in the positioning post. The at least one elastic part is disposed at one end of the positioning post. The fixing device of the present invention is capable of enhancing the structure and functions to position accurately. Furthermore, the elastic part is capable of decreasing shocks at the fixed position of the fixing device and improving the problem of stress concentration.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for user information processing in a network environment. The method performs an orthogonal transform on first and second vectors representing information related to first and second users respectively to obtain first and second transformed vectors. Then, the method splits the first and second transformed vectors into two parts respectively, such that first and second vectors cannot be derived from the first or second parts. The first and second user devices exchange the first part of the first transformed vector and the second part of the second transformed vector. The first and second user devices calculate the inner product of the first parts and the second parts respectively. Finally, the two inner products of the parts are summed to get an inner product of the first and second vectors. Also provided are a method and system for resource recommendation in a network environment.

Abstract: A light guide plate is disclosed which comprises a bottom surface and a reflective layer. The bottom surface is formed with a plurality of mesh points, and a density of the mesh points increases with a distance from a light source. The reflective layer is a sputtered film formed on the bottom surface. A corresponding backlight module is further disclosed. The light guide plate and other components of the backlight module can be pushed into the backplate from a side, so they are easy to be assembled, thus improving the yield of the backlight module.
