    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques and devices for changing the color temperature and/or brightness of an LED lamp utilizing a selectable control device. The selectable control device may include one or more buttons, sliders, and/or rotary knobs. The buttons, sliders, and/or rotary knobs may be coupled to resistors, including variable resistors (potentiometers), that utilize resistance shunting. In embodiments, the shunt resistance varies under different dialing conditions (configuration of the selectable control device), so as to obtain different current ratios and achieve the purpose of mixing different color temperatures.

    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide a lighting device that is controllable both by a triac device as well as by wireless control. When intelligent lamps are installed in indoor applications, there can be technical problems of lamp mismatch due to a triac dimmer. Disclosed embodiments provide a compatibility device. In disclosed embodiments, when the triac dimmer is in high output, at or above a predetermined threshold, a wireless controller can control the brightness, color temperature and RGB (red-green-blue) output of coupled lamps. When the triac dimmer is below the predetermined threshold, the wireless controller is not controlling dimming, the triac dimmer can control the brightness and/or color temperature of coupled lamps (LED lights).

    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide a lighting controller and illumination system. A controller may include a phase-cut dimmer, a lighting receiver module, and at least two banks of lights. In embodiments, the lights may be LED (light emitting diode) lights, and the lighting receiver module is an LED driver. A first bank of lights illuminates at a first CCT and a second bank of lights illuminates at a second CCT. The controller communicates encoded information on a carrier signal that is received by the lighting receiver module. The lighting receiver module decodes the received encoded information and adjusts the intensity of the first and second bank of lights to create a combined CCT. The combined CCT may be realized by a combination of light from the first bank of lights and light from the second bank of lights. The combined CCT may be representative of a specified CCT.

    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide a lighting apparatus with microwave induction. The microwave induction lamp emits electromagnetic waves through an antenna, such as a planar antenna. When a moving object enters the electromagnetic wave environment, the waveform is reflected and folded back and received by a microwave transceiver via the antenna and serves as a trigger signal. When the antenna receives the feedback waveform, a microcontroller-operated circuit activates a lighting device (e.g., a bank of light emitting diodes (LEDs)) in response to detecting the trigger signal. Disclosed embodiments use the trigger signal to turn the lighting device (lamps) on and off and further include a delay function, via a timer, to keep the lighting device activated for a predetermined period after detecting the trigger signal. In this way, a safe and efficient automatically activated lighting apparatus is provided.

The method includes: first obtaining a binary image of a uchen-script Tibetan historical document after layout analysis; detecting local baselines in the binary image, to generate a local baseline information set; detecting and segmenting a touching region in the binary image according to the local baseline information set, to generate a touching-region-segmented image; allocating connected components in the touching-region-segmented image to corresponding lines, to generate a text line allocation result; and splitting text lines in the touching-region-segmented image according to the text line allocation result, to generate a line-segmented image. In the present disclosure, touching text lines in a Tibetan historical document can be effectively segmented, and text line segmentation efficiency of the Tibetan historical document is improved.
