    Abstract: A method of forming a PoP device comprises placing an adhesive layer on a carrier substrate, coupling a plurality of chip packages to the adhesive layer on the carrier substrate, placing a bonding layer on the chip packages, and coupling a plurality of chips to the bonding layer on the chip packages. The method further comprises injecting a molding compound to encapsulate the chip packages and the chips on the carrier substrate, grinding the molding compound to expose a plurality of connecting elements of the chips and a plurality of second connecting elements of the chip packages, forming a redistribution layer (RDL) on the molding compound and the exposed connecting elements and second connecting elements, forming a ball grid array (BGA) on the RDL, and de-bonding the carrier substrate.

    Abstract: A first reverse proxy appliance of the plurality of reverse proxy appliances receives an incoming transaction. A machine logic determines that the incoming transaction cannot be directly processed by the first reverse proxy appliance based, at least in part, upon the current threshold level of the first reverse proxy appliance and the current transaction count of the first reverse proxy appliance. Responsive to the determination that the incoming transaction cannot be directly processed by the first reverse proxy appliance, a second reverse proxy appliance of the plurality of reverse proxy appliances and a third reverse proxy appliance of the plurality of reverse proxy appliances negotiate in order to determine that the third reverse proxy appliance will process the incoming transaction. Responsive to the negotiating, the incoming transaction is sent to the third reverse proxy appliance.

The method may then include generating a flow entry based on the at least one available service and the packet type, wherein the flow entry has a plurality of entry characteristics and an action. The method may further include selecting the flow entry based on matching the plurality of entry characteristics to the destination value and the packet type. The method may also include performing the action associated with the selected flow entry.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a comb-shaped toothpick structure includes cutting a wooden block by a rotary cutter having a plurality of dies to form a plurality of toothpick shapes arranged in a row. Each toothpick shape includes a top edge formed by a cutter groove between two dies. Each toothpick shape further includes at least one stepped portion formed by at least one stepped cutting portion of one of the dies. The bottoms of the toothpick shapes are connected to each other. A bottom groove is located between two adjacent toothpick shapes and is formed by a blade of one of the dies. The toothpick shapes is further cut by partial cutting at an end of the toothpick shapes to form a front end of each toothpick shape. The toothpick shapes are cut from the wooden block to obtain a toothpick structure including a plurality of toothpicks.
