    Abstract: An optical fingerprint recognition device includes a light-emitting diode (LED) array and a fingerprint sensing device. The LED array includes a central LED area and an edge LED area, and configured to display a light source pattern in response to a fingerprint sensing request. The light source pattern includes a central portion and a surrounding portion. During displaying the light source pattern, a plurality of red display subpixels of the central LED area are not illuminating and a plurality of red display subpixels of the edge LED area are illuminating. The fingerprint sensing device generates a first fingerprint image according to a plurality of first sensing signals obtained from a plurality of first sensing pixel area, and the first fingerprint image is adapted to be used for examining whether a finger which triggers the fingerprint sensing request is real or fake.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided to automatically determine whether an image is spoofed. For example, a computing device may obtain an image, and may execute a trained convolutional neural network to ingest elements of the image. Further, and based on the ingested elements of the image, the executed trained convolutional neural network generates an output map that includes a plurality of intensity values. In some examples, the trained convolutional neural network includes a plurality of down sampling layers, a plurality of up sampling layers, and a plurality of joint spatial and channel attention layers. Further, the computing device may determine whether the image is spoofed based on the plurality of intensity values. The computing device may also generate output data based on the determination of whether the image is spoofed, and may store the output data within a data repository.

    Abstract: An augmented reality display device, which is configured to provide an augmented reality image to an eye of a user, includes a display module and multiple mirror sets. The display module includes a projector and multiple switching elements. The projector provides an original image beam. The switching elements are deposed sequentially on a path of the original image beam. Each of the switching elements reflects or transmits the original image beam. Reflection paths of each ray of the original image beam on the switching elements intersect at one point to generate multiple image beams. The mirror sets are disposed on paths of the image beams. The image beams are reflected at different angles on the mirror sets, and the mirror sets reflect the image beams to the eye.

These first micromirrors are for imaging two first image beams emitted by the two first displays onto a retina of the eye to form the augmented reality image. Among them, the horizontal field of view formed by these first micromirrors to the eyes falls within the range of 80 degrees to 110 degrees.

    Abstract: A processing method of formic acid soldering includes providing a solder, performing a formic acid providing step, performing a soldering step and performing a cooling step. The solder is disposed at a soldering object. In the formic acid providing step, a water-containing formic acid vapor extracted from a formic acid source is introduced to a soldering object so as to form a water-containing formic acid atmosphere surrounding the soldering object. In the soldering step, the solder and the soldering object are soldered in the water-containing formic acid atmosphere at a soldering temperature so as to form a soldered object with high temperature. In the cooling step, the soldered object with high temperature is cooled by a cooling method so as to form a soldered object. A range of a moisture content of the formic acid source is greater than or equal to 0.1 wt % and less than 15 wt %.
