    Abstract: A torsional quick-connect fastening device includes a housing, a rotatable retainer, and a torsional elastic element. The housing can be a hollow cylinder or other shape. The torsional elastic element is a coiled torsion spring with two ends fixedly connected to the housing and the rotatable retainer, so as to bring the rotatable retainer to rotate while moving axially.
