Abstract: An assembly module, an assembly apparatus, and a method of operating the assembly module are introduced. The assembly module includes a first assembly die, a second assembly die and at least one engagement die. The first assembly die has a plurality of first fitting portions. The second assembly die has a plurality of second fitting portions and corresponds in position to the first assembly die. The engagement die is removably disposed at a related point of at least one first fitting portion, at a related point of at least one second fitting portion or at related points of at least one first fitting portion and at least one second fitting portion. Therefore, the assembly module is effective in fitting a component and an assembly target together, easy to operate, and conducive to quick assembly.

Abstract: A pull-out aiding device is configured for mounting on an object, in which a corresponding apparatus is mounted. The pull-out aiding device includes a pulling member and a handle member. The pulling member includes a first pivot section and an abutting section for abutting against the corresponding apparatus to move the latter forward. Abstract: A soldering component and a method of fitting it to boards are introduced. The soldering component includes a body and a fitting portion. The fitting portion is fitted to an object. The body has an engaging portion with an elastic retraction space conducive to elastic retraction of two or more engagement portions, allowing the engagement portions to engage with another object. The soldering component has a weldable surface to be soldered to a weldable surface of the object. The weldable surface of the object has a built-in solder layer adapted to be heated for soldering the soldering component and the weldable surface of the object together. The soldering component is disposed in a carrier, taken out with a tool, compared with the object by a comparison device to determine a fitting position on the object, positioned at the fitting position with the tool, thereby being fitted to the object.

Abstract: A method of assembling a fastener structure on a plate body is introduced. The fastener structure includes a body portion and a fastening body. The body portion has a solderable layer, and the solderable layer is soldered to a plate body. The fastening body combines movably with the body portion. The fastening body has a head and a fastening portion. The body portion or the fastening body is provided on the plate body for soldering after it is picked up by a tool so that the body portion can combine with the plate body. Also, the body portion or the fastening body combines with an assisting pickup unit, and the fastener structure is provided on the plate body for soldering after it is picked up by a tool through the assisting pickup unit so that the body portion can combine with the plate body.

Abstract: A fastener structure includes a head portion, rod member and fitting member. The head portion has a lateral holding portion and vertical receiving portion. The rod member has a lateral attaching portion and engaging member. The rod member is penetratingly disposed at the receiving portion to allow the attaching portion to correspond in position to the holding portion. The fitting member is penetratingly disposed at the attaching portion and the holding portion to fit the head portion and the rod member together. To couple two objects together, the head portion drives an engaging portion of the rod member, such that the engaging portion penetrates one object before being fastened to the other object. To unfasten the objects, the head portion is moved reversely to remove the engaging portion from the other object, effecting separation of the objects, so as to achieve quick coupling and easy unfastening.

The engaging portion is movably fitted to the body portion. The engaging portion has a head portion and an engaging-connecting portion. The engaging-connecting portion is disposed in the receiving space. The body portion is movably fitted to the engaging portion and fitted to an object, whereas the engaging portion is engaged with another object or removed from another object, to not only fit together and separate at least two objects repeatedly and quickly but also render the fastener structure easy to manufacture.

Abstract: A fastening device includes a head member and a body member. The head member has a stem portion provided with a fastening section; and the body member is movably assembled to the head member and includes an elastic fastening section for engaging with a first workpiece. To connect the first workpiece to a second workpiece, simply fasten the fastening section of the stem portion to the second workpiece. To disconnect the first workpiece from the second workpiece, simply release the fastening section from the second workpiece. With these arrangements, it is able to quickly connect and easily disconnect two workpieces to and from one another.

Abstract: A rolling structure and a method of mounting the same on an object are introduced. The rolling structure includes a body portion, a first rolling member and at least one second rolling member. The body portion is disposed at an object. The first rolling member is movably disposed at the body portion and adapted to roll in the first direction. The second rolling member is movably disposed at the body portion and adapted to roll in the second direction. Therefore, the rolling structure is structurally simple, easy to use, and mechanically strong so as to cut cost.

Abstract: An assembled-type fastener unit includes a base, a handling member movably fitted in the base, and a locking device movably received in the handling member. The handling member can be operated for the locking device to extend out of the base to form a locked state or for the locking device to retract into the base to form an unlocked state. To use the fastener unit, the base is firstly connected to an object. Then, the handling member is operated for the locking device to extend out of the base and lock to a target object to form the locked state; or the handling member can be operated for the locking device to retract into the base to separate from a target object and form the unlocked state. Thus, at least two objects can be repeatedly and quickly connected to or disconnected from one another using the fastener unit.

The fixing member includes a pivot portion and a pivot member movably mounted to the pivot portion; and the pivot member is coupled with a second object. The fixing member includes a limiting section and the pivot member includes a corresponding limiting section, such that the limiting section and the corresponding limiting section limit or stop each other at a specific location when the fixing member is moved or rotated. With these arrangements, the quick release connecting device can be applied to conveniently and repeatedly connect and separate a circuit board, a drawer, or a window to and from a corresponding rack, chassis, cabinet or window frame.

Abstract: A pull handle structure includes a carrier mounted on a first object, a pull handle movably assembled to the carrier, and a limiting section located on the pull handle for connecting to, interfering with or engaging with a second object. By operating the pull handle to move the carrier, the first object can be engaged with or separated from the second object.
