    Abstract: A sampling device includes a switch capacitor circuit. First ends of two switches are respectively connected to an input signal. Second end of the first switch is connected to an upper plate of a first capacitor. Second end of the second switch is connected to a lower plate of a second capacitor. A connection node connecting a lower plate of the first capacitor to an upper plate of the second capacitor is connected to a power source. The first ends of a third switch and a fourth switch are respectively connected to an input common-mode voltage. A second end of the third switch is connected to the upper plate of the first capacitor. A second end of the fourth switch is connected to the lower plate of the second capacitor. The connection node is connected to the power source. Thus, an output common-mode voltage of the sampling device is adjustable.

    Abstract: A planarization method is provided and includes the following steps. A substrate having a main surface is provided. A protruding structure is formed on the main surface. An insulating layer is formed conformally covering the main surface and the top surface and the sidewall of the protruding structure. A stop layer is formed on the insulating layer and at least covers the top surface of the protruding structure. A first dielectric layer is formed blanketly covering the substrate and the protruding structure and a chemical mechanical polishing process is then performed to remove a portion of the first dielectric layer until a portion of the stop layer is exposed thereby obtaining an upper surface. A second dielectric layer having a pre-determined thickness is formed covering the upper surface.

    Abstract: An optical position sensing system is disclosed. The system includes a substrate having a surface. A plurality of photodetectors are at multiple locations across the surface, each of the plurality of photodetectors providing detector pulse signals in response to receiving the light. The system further includes a processor that determines a phase shift between the transmitted light pulse signals and the respective detector pulse signals and applies a multi-path resolution operation to distinguish between the detector pulse signals representing the transmitted light pulse signals and those representing reflected light pulse signals. The processor also calculates a distance of a transmitting device from each of the photodetectors based on the determined phase shift and the multi-path resolution operation and calculates a multi-dimensional position of the transmitting device relative to the substrate based on the calculated distances.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning, comprising a roller brush, a first driving structure for rotating the a roller brush, a sliding rail parallel to the roller brush and a sliding block connected to the sliding rail; wherein the surface of the rolling brush is formed with two spiral grooves opposite to each other, the head ends of the two spiral grooves are connected, and the tail ends of them are connected to form a reciprocating spiral groove; wherein the sliding block is provided with a hair removal knife extending from one end to the reciprocating spiral groove; when the roller brush rotates, the hair removal knife reciprocates along the reciprocating spiral groove with respect to the roller brush. Therefore, the present invention can automatically remove foreign matter such as hair entangled on the roller brush during the brush cleaning operation.

A first source/drain (S/D) epitaxial layer is formed over the first fin structure not covered by the gate structure. A cap epitaxial layer is formed over the first S/D epitaxial layer. The first S/D epitaxial layer includes SiP, and the cap epitaxial layer includes SiC with a carbon concentration is in a range from 0.5 atomic % to 5 atomic %.
